  99.9% of people that are habitual negative review posters are the same people that never take a moment to let people know when a company does a great job. They exist to try to hurt rather then help which is a pathetic way to be.
  I recently had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Boats.Net. In fact it was shipped and arrived within a few days. Most online vendors advertise items for sale and then don’t stock them and the delivery is delayed because it needs to come from the factory first. Each time I have done business I have had a good experience. This time is phenomenal. I read negative reviews from people which is comical. I own a marine business and can tell you first hand adults with boats are like a small child. If they can’t afford something or can’t get it as fast as they want it which is usually unrealistic they stomp there feet and go on the offense attacking against any company that is unfortunate enough to be involved.
  Point is this is a solid and reliable company. As good as they come. Manufacturer's discontinue parts or have back orders with no notice to companies like Boats.Net. Lighten up and remember a boat is a luxury item and Boats.Net isn’t your cardiologist. You will live without your boat and know they will do what they say as fast as they can. Don’t be an ahole!

  Staff Very Helpfull. Had a question to make sure I was ordering the correct part. Texted a message and they got back to me very quickly and the part arrived within 3 days. I was very satisfied.

  Fast delivery and a seamless search option type your serial number and or model number in and it brings up a list of everything you need and it also let's you know if it's in stock nice and simple THANKS Boats.net

  When you check availability on their website it says they have it. A couple days later you will get an email saying that they are out of stock because the manufacturer is updated availability. So it showed they had six online in their warehouse and when I called them their story was somebody must have bought all six out from under me in a few seconds it took for me to check availability and then pay for it with my credit card

  Our website does not show this part to be in stock, it does show "Ships in 2 to 3 days," which indicates the part is not in stock. This is also indicated on the checkout screen.

  Unfortunately there is no way currently to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on average time it takes for parts to arrive to our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email.

  This particular part is not a stocked item. Upon further review, the part is currently on backorder with the manufacturer. At this time, the manufacturer does not have an ETA for availability.

  Horrible experience with them, I ordered a part 2 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping for a total of 92 dollars and still haven't gotten the part. I run a business and honestly don't know what to tell me customer at this point. You have now made myself look bad because your website says you have stuff in stock when that's a flat out lie. Ontop of that you can't call the number there "down for maintenance" along with the so called chat. This company needs to be out of business!

  Placed order 5.16.23 and was billed on 5.16.23. Nothing received as of 7.6.23 despite their site showing parts "in-stock." Nobody in customer service to answer the phone or provide updates.
  I really think that BOATS.NET is a SCAM!
  DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH BOATS.NET FOR ANY REASON!
  YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MERCHANDISE!

  Their website says they have everything in stock untill you order and they get ur money then they have nothing in stock and just keep pushing out ur order saying "sorry there was a typo on our website, we are waiting for this part from the manufacturer" I Will never order from them again if I even get these parts I spent a lot of money on!!! Wish I would have came here and looked thru a few of these reviews before placing my order. I JUST WANT MY PARTS!!!!!!
