    In November 2024 this company sent workers to knock on residential door to new customers to sign up. They were offering a pretty good deal so I cancelled my old residential trash removal company to give Clean communities LLC located in *************** a try. What a huge mistake this was. At my 3rd month **** I knew that I would have a bill due so I called the company asking about my bill because they bill quarterly so I knew that March the special that was being offered was up. I was then told that my garbage was picked up and that they took one of my two the garbage cans back. I was in total shock explaining that I never received a monthly bill with the due date. At that time the office confirmed that they had the wrong email address on my Account and my information was updated. I was then billed another 3 months and then was told that in order for me to receive my garbage can I had to pay an additional $50.00, customer *** wasn't pleasant at all by the way. When I asked them to totally cancel the service and informed them that I will not pay the $69 that they already billed me for I, was then placed on hold and then the *** came back telling me that when I signed up with the door to door sales *** that I signed a 3 year contract which I absolutely did not. I rent the location that I currently live, Who signs up for 3 year trash pick up. I had to request several times to cancel my services and to come and pick up the other trash cans that belongs to them. I advised that I will place the trash can at the side of my house until I'm advised which day this company will pick up their trash can. *** finally stated that someone will be here on Monday. I have never had to deal with this type of strong arm tactics from a trash can company. I don't even feel safe with this company even coming back to my house. This was horrible experience so please avoid this company. They lie and use unethical tactics on their customers. Buyer beware, zero star given.
