  This is an outstanding company, they give you attention to details. They service major athletes but give you they same quality attention. The owner ****** is the best, he calls as well as text back and forth right away, and he comes to your home periodically. My wife loved the job and my neighbors have complimented his companys work, also my neighbor has asked for his number to landscape their lawn. Give him a call

  Water Touch Landscape has created a beautiful oasis with their thoughtful landscape design and high quality work. From the meticulous design work that incorporated all of our wishes into an cohesive plan, to the skilled craftsmanship during installation, we could not be happier with the results. The lush plantings and custom hardscape elements really bring our backyard to life and provide the perfect retreat. The team at Water Touch Landscape was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final product, their communication was clear and thorough. They listened carefully to our needs and vision for the yard and came up with a beautiful and functional design that fits our lifestyle perfectly. The sod installation was done with great care and attention to detail. The grass looks lush and even, with no gaps or visible seams. All the rocks, pavers, and plants were placed precisely according to the design. Any minor adjustments were made promptly and professionally. The entire team was a pleasure to work with.   I have been a loyal customer of ******************************************* Landscape for years, and one of the reasons is their outstanding technician ****. When I had an issue with a drain in my yard not working properly, **** and his team came out to diagnose the problem. They were friendly, knowledgeable and **** even took the time to explain the issue and the repairs.**** and his team performed the drain repair work efficiently and professionally. They even ensured the area was cleaned up when they were finished.It has now been over a year since **** repaired the drain, and I'm pleased to report the repair is still going strong with no further issues. The drain is working as it should be with no backups or clogs. Between ********** teams expertise, work ethic and friendliness and the long-term effectiveness of the repair; my experience with Water Touch Landscape earns them the highest rating. The technician identified the problem, made the needed repairs, and explained what was done to fix the issue. Within a few months, one of the repaired parts started acting up again. I called Water Touch and explained the situation. They didn't hesitate - they immediately honored their warranty and sent out a technician again, free of charge, to make sure the repair was done correctly.After the warranty repair, my irrigation system is working better than ever.   "We hired Water Touch Landscape for a complete renovation of our front and back yards, including new sod installation and landscape design. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The team at Water Touch listened carefully to our needs and vision, and came up with a beautiful, functional design that fit our budget. They patiently answered all of our questions and made many helpful suggestions to make the space comfortable and low maintenance. When it came time for installation, the crew was prompt, professional and extremely hard working. They removed the old grass and laid the new sod perfectly, with precision seams and not a single bare spot. The new plants and hardscaping were expertly placed according to the design.The result is a yard that exceeds our expectations. The new sod is lush and green with no signs of stress. The landscaping feels perfectly balanced and in proportion.   RATING 10 STARS --- I have been a realtor in the local area for ********************************************************* a unique perspective. I rarely write reviews unless the service I receive is exceptional or terrible. I recently had the pleasure of working with ***** and his team at Water Touch Landscaping, and I must say, the entire process was impressive.From the initial meeting with ***** to the detailed estimate provided, and all the way through the completion of re-soding and rehabbing my sprinkler system on my 1/3 acre lot, everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent, and they followed up diligently. What impressed me the most was that ***** even visited me three months after the job was done to ensure everything was still in great shape. The project involved replacing 30-year-old sod and repairing/replacing six zones of sprinklers, including leaking zone valves. After the sod was installed, Water Touch Landscaping promised to evaluate the sod and sprinkler system periodically, and they delivered on that promise. ****, who supervised and performed all the work, was incredibly conscientious and professional.Overall, I am thoroughly convinced that Water Touch Landscaping is a hardworking service that excels in completing landscaping changes and providing ongoing maintenance.   Avoid using this landscaping company at all costs. My experience with them has been a complete disaster. They failed to properly grade and level the yard or fill any holes before laying the sod. As a result, the grass is a nightmare to mow and poses a tripping hazard for my children. Even my dogs' safety is at risk. I've personally stumbled and rolled my ankle multiple times, resulting in painful falls. The entire sod needs removal, the holes filled, and the yard correctly leveled and resodded.Their installation of the concrete patio is equally abysmal. It's filled with holes, discoloration, and chunks of concrete buried beneath the sod. To make matters worse, there's even a broken stick protruding 2ft out of the ground. The workers they sent to "fix" it only made things worse, covering my screened patio in concrete dust while grinding it down with a hand grinder. The patio was poured and screeded so poorly that washing it with a hose creates holes. It's evident that the patio needs complete demolition and reconstruction, a task requiring professional expertise as it was poured against the house foundation.The rocks they installed along the fence line have become a weed breeding ground. I now face the laborious task of removing them, installing a weed barrier, or resorting to toxic weed killers, adding significant expenses and posing concerns for our vegetable garden beds.The most frustrating part is the misrepresentation of their work and materials. They assured me that high-quality hard PVC pipe would be used for the drain systems, extending to the back ***** slope. Instead, they opted for cheaper flex pipe, falling short of promised quality. Moreover, the drains stop right behind the fence, obstructing the back gate when opened.
