    On 6/18/24 I contracted with Water Touch to overhaul my lawn. This entailed installing a new lawn with the specified sod in the back yard with 1700 sq. ft. of Bahia grass, and 1200 sq. ft. of St.Augustine grass in the front yard. As per contract complete with irrigation,repair and replacement of said, sprays, roters, head assembly and an upgrade Hunter **** Sensor. this was all to be done on 06/29/24. Three men came replaced the lawn and were short of 325 sq. feet of ********************* sod for the front lawn . The excuse was that the picture showed only that much was to be done. The company manager measured the property and if He **************** didn't know how to measure should have hired someone who did know. that day after haggling with his wife about the price of the incompletion of the sod install, ****** called me back and took off 325 dollars from the ******* because they said because of the weather they had no more sod. A week later without informing me they placed some poor looking pieces of sod that did not completely cover the area in question. I notified and took a picture and sent it to ******, with the response that that was all they had. Then the rain sensor obviously did not need to stop any watering because it rained every day in July. The grass began looking like hay and so many big patches of brown spots appeared . Anderes came and told me to gat lawn care because I had a fungus growing from over watering. Now He will not respond and his wife said they can't refer anyone.
