    I made a purchase 3 years ago for $200.00 and reached out via email numerous times to try to get a resolution instead of taking them to court to try to get my order or a refund and Biance finally responded to me today stating;This order is 3 years old. Any emails we received we respond to. We are unable to further assist you. We apologize for any inconvenience.--Thank You,******************* KA'OIR **************** I can show my bank transaction, the order date and summary, all of the emails in which I reached out with NO response. I would NEVER trust making a purchase through them due to the fact they dont value customers and customers spending their hard earned money. They can see they did not send me my order or respond to my emails.

    Ordered the waist trainer and it worked fine at first but after about 15 wears the Velcro stopped sticking. I left a comment on one of her posts on Instagram and she deleted my comment. I was slimply letting consumers know the product works well in the beginning but not in the long run. In my opinion its not worth the price theyre charging.

    I bought Keshia Ka’oir Tea in 2021 that’s three years ago. I don’t even need the whole two weeks before I started to notice results. The other two bags I had left from three years ago I just started back and they work the same way fast and effective. Yall need to stop being delulu. It’s not the tea sis , it’s the experience they have trying so hard to get it. I’m one that’s been had the waiste trainer and tea from years ago and I just dropped like 10 lbs in 2 -3 days.

    I ordered tea on 7/19, was send an your has need shipped notice and will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days, never received my order I've tried to contact customer service, no response ( PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ) never received my tea, and keep my money

    I purchased the 14 day detox pills and did not receive the order due to the post office negligence, I reached out to the ka'oir fitness customer service email and advice them of what occurred and I also showed proof that the package was not delivered with an email that the post office sent me. The only response I got was we can offer you 10% off of your next order mind you I paid a total of $74 for this purchase. I am very upset with the "customer service" that I have received and will not be ordering from this merchant anymore.

    I think ****** fitness is a scam. I bought tea that was supposed to detox. I made different batches and I still haven't went to the bathroom yet and you can't get a refund that's crazy.
