    I purchased a waist eraser and the Velcro do not stick for my belt to stay on. All I want is another one or my money back but they have no exchanges or returns policy which is not right because the merchandise is defective. It doesnt do what they say it does.

    New order requested April 27th. Im a precious customer so when logged on and entered my email address, my information populated. On May 4th, there was a delivery confirmation received stating the package had been delivered. I have a ring doorbell and there was no package left on my porch as stated. I gave it a couple of days to see if it would show up. When it didnt, I went to the post office to file a complaint. Come to find out, it was delivered to ******************************************* which does not exist. When I reached out to the company to advise they shipped to the wrong address and I wanted a replacement or refund, they refused and offered me 10% off. I refused b/c this was a $74.29 purchase (with shipping & taxes). The **** tracking number is ********************** which clearly shows this is not my address. So, how can they bill and ship to ******************************************* if that address does not even exist? Im requesting a refund since the package/order was never received.

    April 6, 2023 $74.29 I ordered from this place and **** said it was delivered but couldnt refund due to the seller. I reached out to the sellers customer service with evidence from **** conducting their investigation which has now been closed. Also I contacted the number on ****** to get in contact with ************** but I have gotten any personal responses just two automated emails from me sending two separate ones to the customer service account

    I received an email saying my product was delivered. I go outside, check my mailbox, front porch, side of my house and nothing!!! I'm a stay at home mom and receive packages daily. I live in a very nice neighborhood and have lived here for yearsss and have never had a problem! This is my first. I emailed the company and they don't care. Beware they scam you and steal your money!!

    Date of transaction 8/29/2022 Amount paid ***** 2 packs of slimming tea bags 14 bags each pack were to be delivered.The nature of the complaint is only 1 pack of slimming 14 bags of tea was delivered on 9/2/2022.I was waiting for the other pack it never came. I reach out to customer service by email at **************************************** (there is no phone number to call this **************** I sent several emails and I get sorry and was given their policy as a response several times. My complaint I paid for products and only got half of the items. I also sent photos of the packaging and label. I am big on customer service and they blew me off I think all I wanted was the 2nd pack of slimming tea or a refund of half of my money. I informed them I never had any complaints and I was ordering for over a year with this company.Nothing was resolved. The order number is ****** Tracking number is ********************** I will send emails back and forth with customer service. The first email was on 9/7/2022 I saved.I upload conversation emails between the company and me.

    As a return customer, I ordered an item with my correct address provided but they had it delivered to the wrong address. I confirmed with the carrier & with the company that the address delivered to was wrong but they refused to refund me or send a product replacement (as initially requested). Id followed up & they ignored me. The item order was #****** at ***** for the item.
