    This shipping company is a joke. I have been calling for two days to find out where my package is. This company is unable to tell me where it is. Their excuse is that their company does not use GPS. I asked them to contact the driver of the vehicle, and they said this company is not able to contact the drivers of [their] vehicles. It is 2023, and we have a shipping company shipping our vital packages around that does not use GPS and cannot contact the drivers of the shipments. What a ludicrous company. They should be in chapter 11. In the future, when I purchase anything, I will find out if DHL e-commerce is shipping the package, and if they are, I will not buy it at that retailer. I will specifically find a retailer that does not use the shipping company. I will never use this company again.

    Absolutely horrible. Shipped on Monday, October 16, was to have arrived by October 18–20. Over one week later and no update except delayed in transit. I would never order from a seller who ships with DHL as the company is grossly incompetent and cannot be trusted to deliver anything. This item was for our Dad’s 105th birthday so a pretty special occasion.

    Pretty dissatisfied, they either lost or stole a packege with rare and one of a kind items that are irreplaceable. Their response was its not their problem just have the seller replace these irreplaceable items! Good luck using them and thinking youll get your items. This was a loss all around being it was most likely stolen plus a loss of an additional $75 with international currency conversion.

    HORRIBLE!!!!! This has got to be the absolutely SLOWEST delivery service on the planet. My order shipped on 06/22/23 and its 06/30/23 and still no package. It should not take that much time for a package to get from **** to ********. I will avoid any company that ships their packages via DHL. I had a package from Sunshine Sisters take a MONTH to get last November. I shouldve known not to risk using them again. No words.

    I would give them zero stars if that was an option. My package has been stuck in *********, ** for eight days. I have contacted **************** several times, online, by email, and on the phone. Even sent a ******** message as a last resort! Everything is automated, impossible to speak to a human. Absolute worst company I have ever tried to deal with! Totally incompetent!

    I purchased an item on Ebay.com in ****** which has been moving back and forth in a river (Michigan River) within ****** for two weeks and never got to me. 2 weeks have now passed and the item has still not arrived in *******. Doesn't work like that!!! The shipping by the company DHL eCommerce takes far too long and is dubious and customer unfriendly!!!The goods should reach me on June 13th. That would be a total of over 3 weeks, much too long!!! Competitor USPS.com never sleeps and is much faster than your DHL e-commerce company.I hope that the package will reach me one day. Nobody understands why it takes so incredibly long!!!Never again DHL e-commerce company!!!

    Worst delivery service ever! Even worse than F..E. Ebay tracking says the package was delivered the same day it was ordered! DHL tracking shows it somewhere in Georgia. Who knows?? I do know that I will never again order from a seller if I know they use DHl eCommerce Solutions. One star is over rating but I can.t give a minus five.

    Placed an order on May 11 shipped by DHL ECommerce. Tracking has shown it in ******* ** awaiting transfer to **** since May 14 7pm. Today is Thursday, May 18 and tracking has not changed. Called DHL and was basically read a script. They wont say whos possession its in during the transfer to ****, but clearly **** doesnt have it and Im just supposed to wait.

    Placed a small online order on Tuesday night. Friday morning, still waiting for DHL eCommerce to give it to the post office near the origin point, who will actually ship/deliver it. Why not just use snail mail to start with? That can't be slower that this!

    The latest package I'm expecting was received by DHL on January 30 and is STILL waiting to be released from their facility on February 7. This has been my experience with every DHL delivery: long delays, being told that 'no one was home' to receive the package (That's a lie. I was here all day and have cameras on the property that show DHL was never here.), and no customer support at all. How do companies like this stay in business??? Because they are probably the cheapest, and the USPS and other businesses use them to save money.
