    -10000 is my rate..... Sucks
    My order was to be delivered on December 19th. It's December 26th and still nothing..
    They have not turned my package over to the USPS..
    THINKING THEY BE ********!!

    The worst customer support you can ever have. Waiting in call hours and nobody ever answers. Never use it again and if you want to have a smooth and trusted online business never use their services. Zero **************!

    This happened to me twice. Separate businesses. Both times "the package was lost". Fortunately the businesses gave me refunds. In the future, I will try to find out if any business I buy from uses DHL and if so, I will NOT buy from them.

    Worst shipping company every! Take your business elsewhere! I've been trying to speak with someone, anyone, at DHL eCommerce for 2 days now. I've waited on hold for hours at a time; even did the call-back option twice, still no luck after 48 hrs of trying.This company is absolutely ridiculous and customer support is nonexistent!

    Worst company yet they've always been the worst. There worst than **** EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I HAVE A ORDER SHIPPED BY THIS COMPANY IT'S A NIGHTMARE!!! I ordered something on November 24th, it said it was to be delivered by December 1st, that's still pretty long considering most of my packages come within three to five business days, however I thought whatever. It is now December 4th and my package still hasnt updated, its still saying its to be delivered on December 1st. At this point I'm ready to just ask for a refund and reorder my item from a different seller using a different service. The **** seller will be getting a bad review as well, I reached out to them, and they told me to reach back out to them if it hasn't arrived by December 14th, giving me a total of a three week waiting period It's just ridiculous. The kicker is, it's a $10 video game, but it's my $10 video game and I want it a week ago!!!

    Absolutely atrocious. I have been trying to pre-pay the duties and taxes that THEY keep sending me reminders about, but their links to the payment system do not load, their customer service guidance leads to dead-ends, they ask for a ten digit tracking number when they GAVE ME ONE WITH 18 DIGITS. Called customer support and was given a runaround including a lengthy explanation on what duties and taxes are, only to be informed after ten minutes nobody could help me until business hours during the week.

    I purchased an item in October 2023, the item didn't ship until Nov 18th, 2023 due to the artist needing to autograph each. DHL picked up the item and as of today, November 29th my package still has not moved from ****** **********.. $27 for shipping and this is the service provided. I will do everything in my power to never use this company and make sure I tell everyone I know

    This shipping company is a joke. I have been calling for two days to find out where my package is. This company is unable to tell me where it is. Their excuse is that their company does not use GPS. I asked them to contact the driver of the vehicle, and they said this company is not able to contact the drivers of [their] vehicles. It is 2023, and we have a shipping company shipping our vital packages around that does not use GPS and cannot contact the drivers of the shipments. What a ludicrous company. They should be in chapter 11. In the future, when I purchase anything, I will find out if DHL e-commerce is shipping the package, and if they are, I will not buy it at that retailer. I will specifically find a retailer that does not use the shipping company. I will never use this company again.
