      I would like to report this business for fraud and racketeering. There was a worker at this business by the name of ******* who advised he would assist me with purchasing a used vehicle. To which I paid him $4500 as a deposit for this vehicle, which I never received. And he has since refused to pay me my money or assist me with getting a car. At this point I just want my money back because these people are obviously thieves. I recently called the business and requested to be in touch with the owner and they representative was very rude and unprofessional and became immediately defensive when I inquired. Please look into this business, as I would be surprised if they were taking advantage of others as well.

Also we DO NOT have any open deposits of $4500.00 in any of the locations nor do we have any Salesman by the name of ******* and have never employed on by that name. Dos the customer have the correct business name : **********************? When was the deposit taken? What city Dealership was it taken in? What car was the deposit taken on?

      Bought a vehicle that they said it was in good condition but it happens to =be a lemon they protect themselves selling as is to scam the customers like me. The vehicle smells like burn and smokes while driving also the front tires were extremely bad could of have caused for me to have an accident the failed to make sure the vehicle was in proper driving conditions I was told by the sales representative that I was going to able o bring the vehicle to their fort ****** location to drop it off to get fixed but ended up being ask for ****** to put me on another vehicle or cancel the contract without getting my money back was clled names by the manager he also disrespected my husband in the process

      On April 19, 2024, my spouse visited a car dealership located approximately 35 miles from our residence to inspect a vehicle he had seen on ********* Upon arrival, the salesperson quoted a price of $975, which my spouse decided to pay in cash. However, since I was the only one able to transfer the insurance and registration to my name, I requested that he wait until he returned home to register the vehicle in my name. The dealership submitted the paperwork but did not provide a temporary tag for my spouse. They falsely claimed that he did not want to pay for it, which is untrue. I have a valid tag to transfer, and my spouse did not object to paying for the vehicle. The dealership had him sign my name on all the forms without my presence or consent, and the paperwork indicates that I owe zero dollars. However, they also allowed someone to sign my name without my knowledge or consent. The vehicle in question is a 2008 ****** Scion with VIN *****************.

      I still dont have a title in my hand, when I went there with all the paperwork all they did was have me resigned paperwork that my signed the first time, and gave me a paper tag thats only good for 30 days! The person that had me signed the paper work said that he put all paperwork that I signed in an envelope, when I got to my car and opened the envelope only 1 piece of paper was in their, I went back in and asked for all the paperwork that I signed he said he couldnt give me copies, I then informed him that I was in titled to all paperwork that I sign, he was very rude and finally made copies for me! Its going on 2 months and I still dont have my vehicle registered to me, so no this isnt resolved

      I am rejecting this response because: its been 2 months since Ive gotten the car, the law states that registration is supposed to be completed within 30 days, I was told that every thing will be mailed to me which I have on recording, I have a tag transfer and the title was already paid for! I have all paperwork work and here they originally allowed someone else sign the paperwork without speaking to me first, *** made a complaint with the dmv already, and I live an hour away and I already waisted gas to go over there a couple weeks ago and told me to come over and they would give me everything and didnt, they dont know how to tell the truth but I have recordings of all conversations, and the paperwork for both times, and Ive only had my car for 2 months and now it wont even crank, I also have the person that had the car before me that will be a witness in a lawsuit because the car is not safe, it smoked so bad that it almost caught fire, my attorney will be in contact! They are disrespectful and rude!

      In November of 2021 I purchased a Pontiac in *************** from this business. 2 months later the car would not start. I called this business plenty of times to try to figure out what to do. If they did answer the phone they would take my name then put me on hold . I had no way to get to the dealership due to my car being useless. So I stopped making payments on the car. Once I was able to send the car to a repair shop it was repossessed from there. I manage to make it into the dealership so I can clear everything up. They have me pay the missed payments on the car. They have me pay a $200 repo fee. They then tell me I have to go to the repo company and pay them more money to get the car back and theyd try to fix the car. I didnt have any more money to give them. They let me know that if I returned the keys to them I wouldnt owe them anything for the car and I wouldnt have a lien. So I returned the keys. I wasnt able to get any of my things out of my car it was just gone. So I realized they sold me a bad car and just took my money. Fast forward to 2023 . I have now purchased a new vehicle and I need my tag transferred. My new dealership tells me that there is a lien on my tag from Approved Autoworks for unpaid fees. I call Approved Autoworks so I can get this removed and again they give me the run around. They tell me their tag lady is out for a week, and she will give me a call back. I dont trust this because when the car was broken they wouldnt even answer the phone for me. I dont have long to get my tag transferred I have a temporary tag currently. I would like for this company to just be honest and transparent with their sales . I also need this lien removed !

Also per ******* Statute 320.02(17) a registration hold is put on the customer for non-payment of the plate and registration. The hold will be in place until the customer satisfies the **** the Dealership incurred paying the Tax Collector for the Plate and Registration.

      I financed a **** ****** Corolla on August 28th from all approved auto works .. it had a lot of cosmetic issues but I was told that mechanically it was great .. however it ran only 3 weeks before it broke down on the side of the road .. I got it looked at and I was told it was the starter , I replaced the starter with a brand new one and it still wouldnt work so I found out the engine was seized & got it towed to all approved auto works in ***************** .. my car sat up there for a week w.o me being informed on any work being done on the car .. I drove up there to figure out whats going on because they dont help over the phone and I was introduced into a guy named ****************** whom he said he ran the businesses in lake worth as well as ***************** he gave me a card to call him to go over options and of course as I called he was unreachable Ive literally been calling everyday .. Im still paying payments on this car every week yet Im driving no vehicle but their just taking my money .. the overall price on this car was **** with interest **** very over priced and I was to make $75 payments after the first 4 weeks of paying $175 which was supposedly to go towards my tag yet now they are saying I owe $383 on my tag .. a lot of shady things going on no car they are just robbing me at this point .. ****** said you dont get any customer service when you buy a car as is

On 09/24/2023 she had the vehicle towed into our ***************** location, a few days later she was informed that the engine was seized on the vehicle due to no oil in the engine. The customer made her last payment on the vehicle on 09/23/2023, on 10/04/2023 she signed a voluntary surrender of the vehicle and paid for her tag & registration.

      I am rejecting this response because: Although I ended up returning the vehicle that is because the owner whom I spoke to told me HE COULD NOT HELP ME after I mentioned I would be reporting the business to the BBB .. he said well you can come pick up the car because I cant help you.. I said why would I pick up a car thats broken.. he said well u can do a voluntary repossession so thats what I did when that is not what I wanted to .. I wanted to be recompensed for the fact I only had this car for 3 weeks and it broke down on me .. to be put into a new vehicle my car sat on their lot for at least a week while I still made payments on a broken car that I did not have ! Once my father came to the lot to get some understanding after them being extremely rude and unhelpful he proceeded to say if you want to work with me because I know you bought your car from the lake worth location Ill put you in a different vehicle for $250 why did it take all of that for him to tell me that ?? Thats what I was calling everyday for to begin with all I wanted was to be put in a different car but because I told him I was reporting his shady business he did not like that! I am not satisfied at all

      They sold me two bad cars one was already rusted at the bottom of the car . Was no good then I asked to seek another he said no . I also got a suv and the door window didnt work rain in the truck and the transmission was slipping as well had a bad oil leak . Once I checked it out when I got the card took them to a mechanic he told me that was no good I always take my cars to get check out I gave him **** for the suv on top they ask you to pay the first 3 weeks so that was so like **** then put down 600 for the other car and then pay 75 on the first 4 week payments . Very bad people I have 8 kids and work he just rip me off not just me but my family we have no vehicle he repo my car for 355 dollars after my daughter went bay the shop to pay 150 on the. Balance he refused to take the money .

      On 5/25/2023, I purchased a vehicle from All Approved Autoworks LLC for $2637.06. I have paid the car in full. However, the dealership has failed to deliver the title. I have followed up numerous times. Numerous times they have promised to provide the title but always fail to deliver it saying that they have not received it from the **** In reviewing the paperwork and other complaints made against them, I can see that they have a scheme. Part of this scheme is to put on the contract that the title fee is "COD" which mean Cash on Delivery. Apparently, this is an additional fee they charge which they never disclosed. I also discovered that the vehicle has a lien placed on it under the dealership's name the same day I purchased it. As such, I cannot sell or do anything with the vehicle. I want my title. Who buys a car without a title? Buyers beware of this dealership.

      The three forms attached are the Bill of Sale showing a balance due after the delivery, due to the balance due the contract is a Finance Deal showing the Dealership as the Lienholder. It also shows the Tag, Title and Registration are C.O.D and not paid for. The 2nd form shows the final payment, being the Tag & Registration are C.O.D. it doesn't reflect that amount due to it not being part of the deal. The 3rd form is the 30-day Temporary registration that was issued to the vehicle while the permanent tag and registration were being completed.

      According to all aproved autoworks LLC ************************************* The only answers they have given me of my car title is "I don't know" or "call the other week to verify if the title arrives" they have had me like this for 2 months and they never told me that I have to pay additional cash, I ask and they always tell me that I have already paid for everything and to wait for the arrival of the title. Therefore, and according to what the documents say. I require that I be given the title of the vehicle and don't make me wait any longer with stupid things.

      According to the last payment that my balance to be paid is 0 dollars, I hope they respect the official documents -to balance **** -to side notes **** -to late fees ****

      I purchased my 2006 ****** sentra from this dealership on 08/2021. I am filing a complaint now because for the first time I had a mechanic put my car in the air on a lift and noticed the whole underneath of my car is rusted out, it was a flood car and its obvious. I was never informed this was a flood car and im unable to even drive it or get it fixed because of the rust. I only took pictures of the parts I actually needed to get fixed and not the entire car but its everywhere. I know this is illegal to not be informed it was a flood car so I wanted to start by filing a complaint before I get an attorney because I want my money back for this car.       I bought a car at All approved auto works in ***************** **. I paid cash they told me I will get atext when my plate is in, I recieved a text that my Reg came in , I went there to pick it up & the title was not there, ******* said it will be in tomorrow, tomorrow came and she wasn't in that was Wensday I went back Thursday they told me it was delayed, Friday the same thing, today is Saturday they told me it will be in Monday, I want my title Ipaid for it.

      When a Tag / registration / Title Transfer is completed by the Tax Collector, and it is a "CASH" sale. The default process for the Title is to Mail it to the customer from *********** in 3 - 4 business days. The customer requested a hard copy of the title so we had the Tax Collector print it and give it to us directly, this process take a couple of days, the title then goes to or main office and then is sent to the location of purchase. The customers title was delivered to the purchasing dealership on Monday 03/27/2023.
