    ************************* is the best..Monster travel filled me with so many lies about my travel to ************ but ******* went out of his way to make things right..he is fabulous, if I ever travel again I will, for sure, be calling *************************. I plan on using him for all my travels in the future because I know that I have been a difficult customer and he has done everything within his power to make everything right.     Seem to be the same complaints s other. Sold me travel package. Thought they were monster reservations, but when I tried to get help from monsters, they said i bought from a "third party" . I have no information about what I specifically paid for because they won't give you the info. Lied about what they sell ( said no presentation necessary which is a lie). Gave a false callback number. Hard to get reservations.

    I had the distinct pleasure of working with a fabulous team member on the telephone. Since this was my first call to this travel company I had a lot of questions and he was there to answer them honestly and kindly. I plan on using him again to plan all of my other experiences.

    I initially had a horrible experience with Trade Show Travel. A representative gave me false information, promises and additional charges! My attempts to contact the company (as soon as I realized the information was false) were unsuccessful after hours of waiting. The next day, I spoke with *************************, who clarified the errors, refunded the excessive charges, and explained the services that my initial payment entitles me. He redeemed what was a very negative experience (causing me to want to report them and file claims) to a reasonable resolution. Thank you, *******. I look forward to making future reservations with you!

    I just recently purchased another travel package from Debra L.. First class service. She always treats her customers with respect and will work hard to get you the right package deal. I have work with others in the past but Debra is first class service. I have been buying from her for over 3 years. Again, I can't say anything but great things about her.     I was contact by Trade Show travel (Monster RG) in January to offer an 'unbelieveable travel package' - and yes, I took the offer. After numerous requests for travel plans, NO reply from the customer service person, and reviewing the many complaints, I believe I've been scammed. Disceptive sales, high coercion techniques and a 'too good to be true' package. I have requested a full refund for lack of delivery AND submitted a dispute with my CC/bank. Just thought it would be important to add to the many complaints on BBB - don't fall for this one! It is truly a scam and super disappointing, not to mention expensive for nothing delivered ($1300 for an 8 travel adventure package)
