    Trade Show Travel Company has been fabulous to work with, especially William W. Though I was skeptical at first, but after working directly with William, he made everything come together and flow smoothly. He assured me that everything was as he said, and it has been. There have been no issues and even when I felt that I was not receiving what I was sold on by someone else, we received an immediate full refund. We have enjoyed 2 last minute trips, one being all inclusive and we are recommending William and Trade Show Travel to all of our friends.

    Debbie helped book a trip for me and corrected some misinformed information I was given. It was the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in years! Debbie is honest, informative, and very pleasant to speak with. She made this booking quite enjoyable. Great start to a very needed vacation!

    If I could rate them a zero star I would. Oh my gosh they spam call me all day everyday. Then when you tell them they spam call you they get an attitude with you. I’ve asked for a supervisor and I get hung up on. I’ve emailed with no response. Please I just want my money back and be done with this crap. I do t have time for them to rob me blind. They got me 2x. Not anymore. At this point I just want my money back. They are rude and unprofessional.
    I was pressured by several people to purchase this "vacation" package. I told them no several times, but they kept making it "better". I even said several times that I was at work and they just wouldn't take no for an answer. I sent an email to cancel with no response. I should have just hung up.I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes and finally hung up. I explained that I wanted to cancel and he couldn't "find me" in the system, which I said was odd because they called me on the same number.He finally found me with my last name.He said I will also have them add you to the DO NOT CALL list and proceeded to hang up the phone.I sent another email detailing this conversation. I have not heard back.I again am on hold and have been for the last 15 minutes without speaking to anyone.I want my money refunded. I have followed the proper protocols within the timeline of the purchase.

    I just booked a trip for my ******** to *************, ****** with ****** *******, who was very attentive to our needs. ****** sent info on hotels and let me call the airlines and then called back to finish booking the trip.She treated us like family and I'm grateful for the care and wonderful service.
