I paid the business over $3000. over the course of our relationship, but the total could be higher (I would need to research this). In general, but not always, I was pleased with the service. The current issue is they are threatening to turn my account over to collections for $426. The issue goes back almost a year, when they killed the new sod, which I had installed at their request. Last year I called them several times to tell them the sod was dying, and they continued their same treatment and ultimately all of the sod died. When the supervisor came to investigate, he was shocked at the poor condition. He told me the sod was dead, full of fungus and I needed to completely replace it once again." The treatments I had been paying for each month included their treatment of "fungus, if present". In effect, they are looking for payment for killing my sod.Business response

Please be advised that Hulett Environmental Services has credited the last 2 services performed for **************** in the amount of $83.00 each service (May 23, 2022 & June 13, 2022) for a total of $166.00 leaving a balance of $260.00. Our Service Managers have reached out numerous times to **************** to further discuss this account with no reply.

I called and gave Hulett a new billing address for my account in June 2021 and asked when my bill was due. I was told my bill was due in July and they would mail it to my new address as well as e-mail it to me. I never received the bill. I received an e-mail on July 30, 2021 telling me that they went upon my property without my knowledge or consent and removed the termite stations I paid for due to me not paying my bill in May 2021. I called them on July 30, 2021 and after being "handed off" multiple times to multiple people I was told that "someone from management would call me back the following Monday", August 2, 2021. I never heard back from them. I called again on August 13, 2021 and got the exact same run around I got from them on July 30, 2021. I have never seen such a concentrated group of incompetent, rude, and unprofessional people in my entire adult life. It appears to me nobody seems to know anything about anything at Hulett Environmental Services.Business response
