I just had a horrible experience with ****** I bought a house a year ago and called them to put sentricon against terminates on my property . I paid $1,800 . They said verbally that the sentricon are mine .A year later I received an invoice and it appears that they came in my property and removed the sentricon without letting me know and with no permission to axes my property . I called them and they were very unprofessional and rude to me . Didnt care and think it is okay to have access to a property without any permission . They just took advantage of me and lie to me .

I am extremely disappointed in the way the termite manager handles a complaint. She has no empathy . She told me my guarantee was no longer valid. I tried to explain to her I had heart surgery at the time of billing and could not afford to pay it then. She was very loud and rude and told me she did not know why my call was directed to her. What kind of business are you running?? She did not even try to help.Hulett Environmental Services, Inc. Response

Please be advised that ********************** No Tent termite renewal expired on October 24, 2022, due to non payment of renewal. Please note that Hulett Environmental Services did mail out 9 renewal notices to ***************** informing her of her renewal due date. ****************** called our office on July 7, 2023 for a service call (which was 9 months after the renewal expired for non payment) and was informed that the warranty had expired & we would send out an inspector. At that time ****************** ended the call.Review from Gabriela G

G. G from today I have a service with this company for 13 years, the technician are great, the treatment is good but the costumer services is TERRIBLE.Today they hung up on me twice, and they didnt resolve my issue. Thank good they have a supervisor that you can talk to, and is willing to help.Thinking to find another company as I dont want to deal with their costumer services EVER again.If you need any treatment please dont take this company, or be willing to deal with people that dont have any skills in how to treat their costumers.Hulett Environmental Services, Inc. Scheduled a yard spray for 4/9/22 with this company for pest control which they say was complementary with your $175 maintaince renewal. Technician claimed he sprayed the perimeter of the house but my ring camera says otherwise. I have 4. Around my home. When asked if he sprayed he got real defensive and argumentative with the customer. The spray smells really bad like rotten eggs. I smelled nothing. Called Hulett and they stated they will have a manager call me on Monday because they are short staffed on the weekends. This is the second time a technician came to my home and did not complete the service paid for. I will not be renewing my contract next year with this company. Buyer beware!Review from Ezequiel L

After getting an $2000 estimate for dry wood termite control, I agreed to a non tent treatment. A truck with chemicals arrived, but the sprayer was just a little hand held bottle sprayer squirted into a a few holes drilled by a hand held drill into some window and door frames. Some windows were not treated due to concrete frames. The job done was a joke. I was told I was paying for the five year warranty, I went to the Hulett office and got a song and dance from the big wigs. They need the money for their big new office building on Okeechobee Blvd. Terminate your search for termite control with these people. It's all about contracts and cash flow. You can buy your own bottle of Termidor on the Internet and do it yourself. Don't waste your money.Hulett Environmental Services, Inc. Response

Don't use this company. It tented my home and in the processed damaged the cover to my chimney. The "supervisor", an individual by the name of ***** found it humorous that I'd want Hulett to fix the damage because I was supposed to remove the chimney cover. The company also damaged the pipes of my sprinkler system. I very much regret that I can't give that company less than one star.Hulett Environmental Services, Inc. Response
