    Do NOT use this company or their parent company. They took my daughters money and blamed the state department for not delivering her passport. She even payed their insurance in case the document didnt arrive and then reneged on it. They should be closed down everywhere they operate.

    It's an absolute scam. They take your money making you think it's for the passport application fee while in reality it's for their "value added services". You will still have to pay the government fee when submitting your application.Everything they offer is already freely available at the state department website. Zero value add, 100% scam.I'm embarrassed I fell for it, but in my defense, ***** links to them from their official site.

    I have submitted passports for my three children and spouse for a trip we have coming up. I submitted and paid for their services and have been calling every day for the past 5 days and leaving voice mails to see the status without response. Not sure if passports are being done or not???

    This process is horrible. I received a notification that there was a problem with my application it took me an entire week to get in touch with someone. I asked that my package of documents be returned to me and I was told that my request had to be forwarded to the correct department. When I asked when I could anticipate my documents being returned the operator could not answer me. I still have not received an email or return call, They charge a large fee for doing absolutely nothing. I wish that I had just gone to the post office, but I am in a hurry and thought this would work well. Now all my original documents, and I probably will not be able to travel when I had planned.I gave one star because there isn't a negative 100 available.This company should be investigated for fraud.

    They don't deserve 1 star. Like others that said below, Rush My Passport is a complete ****. I was charged $685 to get my passport in 2 weeks. Right after I completed the online application, I never received an email I was supposed to print and take to Fedex. I tried calling them and using the virtual chat. Never got a response. The same day, I called my bank and reported as fraud. I was able to get my money back but I can't believe how a **** business is not shut down. STAY AWAY!!!!!

    My RushMyPassport order number is **-********* and I would like a full refund. Terrible customer service, misleading advertising, and completely overpriced services that aren’t even guaranteed. I have not used the “services” yet and no longer wish to. Just to request a refund is a hassle. Read the terms of service after I was pulled into the **** and it’s pitiful. One of their terms even states: cannot be held liable for their *own negligence.* DO NOT USE. They offer no real services other than a auto filled form.

    L AN APPLICATION WITHIN 15 MINS AND REQUEST A REFUND. HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR ELSE YOU ARE WASTING 190 DOLLARS. NOT SURE WHY @FEDEX WOULD PARTNER WITH THIS ******** ORGANIZATION. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!

    Addendum: AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH, RUSH MY PASSPORT IS NOT A VALID BUSINESS ENTITY IN FLORIDA. IT'S AN INACTIVE BUSINESS.
    I DO SEE ANOTHER ENTITY CONNECTED TO THE SAME CEO (******) WHO I WILL BE CALLING NEXT, IF SOMEONE DOES NOT ANSWER THIS PHONE AND PROCESS MY REFUND!

    STAY AWAY!!! ****!!! NO COMMUNICATION!!! ILLEGAL TERMS OF SERVICE!!! DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES!!!!Absolutely the worst customer service because there isnt any! Sent my passport to be renewed 3 weeks ago and they sent (1) one email regarding a return mailing issue that went straight to SPAM. They said that I had not signed the application (even though I did and had a scanned copy of it). I didnt notice their email until a couple of days ago when I happen to be cleaning up my mailbox and running a search to see if there was any follow up to my renewal. I called over several days and never could speak to a live person. Was on hold for several hours in total, several times throughout the day. I even requested automatic callbacks (all of which never happened). I have a trip in early March and this company has majorly dropped the ball in their lack of communication, service, and follow-up. I even spent another $65 overnighting them another copy of a form they already had. Still no word. They have my old passport and passport card and I have zero information as to the status. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. STAY AWAY!!! I hardly ever write a negative ****** review but this straight negligence on the part of rushmypassport.com. I will filing a complaint against this company under the ******* Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices act if I do not hear back from the company today. - ************************************, Esq.

    ****! Misleading, they charge a large fee then instruct you to fill out a check to the state department for $208 after the fact. do not use this service they are ******. they do not answer phones, emails or texts.

    **DO NOT USE RUSH MY PASSPORT!!!**1. I got my passport picture taken at ****** w/whom they partner. I made copies of everything I sent to them. I received an e-mail saying that I had not signed my documents and that the passport picture was rejected. Interesting. I immediately returned the requested items and paid for overnight shipment. 2. After 7 days of my portal not reflecting an update, I called. After long wait times, no one came on the line, and it just went from the automated waiting background talking, etc. to requesting me to complete a survey about my call. That happened 3 times that I called that day!3. I was finally able to chat with someone via live chat, and was told that my packet was complete and sent to the state department. 4. After 10 days of no update, I call again. The same thing happened as aforementioned. 5. Via live chat, a representative said I dated the document incorrectly; therefore, my packet was incomplete and I needed to resend. When I said that I have a copy of the items sent, and the date is correct AND I inquired about why I was told prior that everything was complete and being processed, the rep answered, I dont know.So now, Ive wasted nearly a month for absolutely nothing. I requested that my passport and money be returned. I am just praying that that in fact happens. Whatever you do, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. This is the worst costumer service experience I have had in life!
