  was scammed out of $209 by your so-called passport service. You offer nothing but lies no real help, no actual expediting, and absolutely no way to contact a human being. Theres no valid phone number with real help , no email, and no support of any kind. This is straight up theft, and your company is taking advantage of people in urgent situations. I want a full refund this is a scam!. Whatever this is dishonest, unethical, and should be shut down. Now there holding on to my money when I dont need ************

  I paid RushMyPassport (Expedited Travel LLC) to process a passport renewal. The service was later canceled, and I was told they could not proceed with my order. Despite this, the company is refusing to return my passport unless I pay an additional fee for a prepaid shipping label even though I already paid them for service that was not delivered.I have attempted to call and email several times with no helpful response. I have also filed a complaint with my state Attorney General and disputed the charge with my bank. This is a clear case of a company holding my government-issued ID hostage after canceling the order themselves.All I am asking for is the return of my personal property without being charged again. I request that RushMyPassport immediately ship my passport back to me, with no additional cost, and provide tracking information.

  **** operation. They will charge exorbitant prices for passport document review and purchasing rush mailing labels for you, which would total up to about 60 dollars if done yourself. They don't tell you ahead of time there are certain criteria for certain levels of service that make you ineligible if they're not met. When this is the case, they won't give you a refund.

  Zero stars. This is a complete scam. The fee they charge does not cover any costs for a passport, and they do not even complete the application form for you with the data you enter. I filled out the application on the **** of state web site, printed and submitted via a passport agent at a local post office for $35 plus the fees for the passport.I requested a refund, and got a response that all sales are final. Still going back and forth on their refund policy.Order Number GW-BE10B45A3

  100% a ****. You do not need to pay fedex anything to get your passport expedited. If you do, you’ll be paying the passport office a fee to expedite and you’ll pay fedex a more expensive fee for the exact same thing. The lady at the passport acceptance facility said I did not need to pay fedex to rush my passport, that’s what the fee I paid at that office was for. When I called rush my passport and explained what I was told they said if you used our document then we’re helping you with your passport and I can’t get my 209.00$ back. In a nutshell shell, it will cost you 209.00$ to print off the application that you will fill out. Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT use rush my passport .

  If I can leave 0 stars I would. This place is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I filed to rush my passport and within 24 hours, I needed to cancel. I called in and the lady on the phone told me I AM getting refund within 3-5 days. Waited the time and didn't receive it. I called again and the same info was being shared and reassured that I was going to get my money. Called a 3rd time and the same information was shared but this time I was PROMISED a refund within 3-5 days. No info was shared on any policy besides the fact that I WILL be refunded. The 4th time I called the guy on the phone finally shared the policy and this is extremely unacceptable. I felt lied to and somewhat gaslighted. There shouldn't be a reason why I need to dispute a refund if their own employees reassured and promised I will be getting a refund. I am searching of ways to file a formal complaint so this doesn't happen AND I get my refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

  ****! Never thought we would experience a scam and what seems to be like a legit business. Wish we would have checked out the BBB along with other credible sources on retrieving a new passport. They provide no actual service - not even a mailing label for *****. They charged us over $238 - for forms which you can print/ pickup at the local library/Passport acceptance agency for $0.The only payment you should be making is the government taxes fee and the $35 processing fee . In total we lost over $500. This company is a total scam! They dont even deserve a 1 star - deserves 0- for scamming people of their hard earned money!

  This company states it is associated with FedEx and can get it to you in one day. All I got from them for $258 each for my husband and I was the form that you can get off the internet from US state department. I went to the passport office. They stated that this was a **** and that I just lost $516. Of mine very hard armed money. I was traveling for my company. I can’t request this money back as an expense. This is a car payment and a half that I don’t have to spare. Plus it cost me more because of interest on my credit card.
