I placed an order on 9/6/2024 to have items delivered next day to an inmate at the ******************************, payment was made via CashApp and the items were never delivered. The phone number is not in service and I am not receiving a reply to any of my messages sent. I requested a refund through ******* which has not happened and ******* customer service is also no help.This website is purposely set up to scam people as it look very similar to the iCare Gifts website.I just want my funds refunded.Initial Complaint

I placed an order through the icare packages website at **************************************************************************************************************** on 7/06/2024. The order was never received. The order request had me make payment through Cashapp. I requested a refund through Cashapp. The request was declined. I attempted to contact the company via the phone number provided on the website. I never was able to connect with anyone. There is an option to check the status of the order. To this day, the status indicates to check back in 1 to 2 business days. The website looks very similar to the legit website icaregifts.com. I got scammed out of $114.98 for my order. People need to avoid wasting there money with these people.Initial Complaint

Inmate care packages online scam sight. On Friday July 26th I went online to order care packages for my daughter so she could have something to eat and feel good for her birthday July 29th. I paid ***** for two packages, one hygiene and One food so it would to be delivered to Milwaukee County CRC for my daughter.Upon ordering it online I received conformation text and email stating the expected delivery was July 29th. I was instructed via email to prompt into another conformation text so I could pay for items with money order or cash app. only, so I decided to do cash app. Cash app says: sent to *****. Once I received a conformation email, I thought it was ok. On Monday July 29th no package arrived so I called the jail and got a direct line number so I could call and check tracking for packages. That is when I was informed not only was my order number was fake (#*****), But she also stated they address I provided was not in her record, they do not make you pay through money order or cash app and the address on my emails was out of state. Icare Gifting Services, *************************************************** Miami, FL ***** Listed above is an address the fake **** wants you to forward payable to and they give options to use ******** money gram and postal office. I ordered The Quick Pick Me Up Pack for a total cost of $39.98. I mailed the money order from March 25, 2024, to Inmate Care Package, reference Order #******, ************** ***************************************************************. The business was to provide a care package to my husband ***********. As of today May 28, 2024, he has not received his care package. I have emailed and left several messages. The company has never reached out to me. Not even to return my call. It has been over two months and the package was never sent to my husband at ********************* at ******************************************************. On Feb.24th 2024 I purchased a I care package from here and I paid for there services in full thru Cash App and they were supposed to delivery the product I purchased to my daughter ************************* at the Indiana Women's Prison her Doc # is ******. That never happened,I have attempted several times to contact I care packages thru phone,email and text messages and they never respond to any of my attempts.And asked to either refund my money,deliver the product or contact me. None has not happened. My transaction # is #********* and the confirmation thru Cash App is #KQZ9SN9.I have made numerous attempts w Cash app as well for a refund and they tell me once a transaction is completed there is nothing they can do.**** app informs me that I need to contact the merchant themselves,I said " well I've tried all ways possible and I get nowhere with they it's like I care packages does not exist!! I ordered the 2 packages on 3/30/24 for $77.81 and paid through Cash App. I have reported the transaction to Cash App and I'm no longer able to access the information to send the request for refund to the recipient from Cash App. The baskets were to go to Sumter Correctional Facility but because of the delay in sending the packages, ***** was transferred to ******************************. I have sent numerous emails to ********************************************************* and have not received a response to have them delivered to the current facility or refund my money. I've also called the phone number **************, that they list on their website and have not received any response. At this point, I would just like my money refunded as the baskets were for his birthday and that's been over a month ago. This is so disheartening when I wanted to send these packages for my son who is incarcerated and in doing so, I've been scammed. I hope they will do the right thing but I'm not counting on it.Business Response
