      I put money down on a loved one's books in **************** that is in ******** Ohio we ordered multiple packages the company canceled the orders and kept the money $200 I need the refund back I need my money back if the packages were canceled this is absolute nonsense please call me I will be glad to give you the order numbers

      March ****** ordered items from icare packages for my son and none of the items were delivered. They do not return calls and their website contact us page does not work either.

      I ordered a care package from this business for my brother that is incarcerated. I ordered the package on December 15, 2024. Upon submitting my order, I was sent an email instructing me on how to submit payment( via a money order or cashapp). Against my better judgement, I sent the money via cashapp. Here it is March 6 and my brother has not received the package. So, I went to the website to check the status. It stated that my order is pending payment. So I went to the website again to try to contact the company. Unfortunately, I could not find a phone number. I did see where I could contact them by sending a message. However, the message would not go through. It kept giving me an error message( message is protected and please enter the phone number in the correct format). At this point I went to BBB to check if the business is legit. My instincts were right. These people are scamming innocent people out of their money. It is a doggone shame.

      On January 1st I order a care package for someone I know that is in jail as a inmate so also I order a second one January 7th to I care gifting services for inmate but I only received confirmation about the order but also I did not know it was a scam and I try to contact them and no response I send them two money order by my email and mail and I did not know

      My son is in jail.I wanted to send a cre package to him.I called the jail and they told me to contact I Care Package gift services.I did that. .I pick out what I wanted him to get.The total ws ***** and had to be paid with money order.I got a money order and mailed to the address they told me to mailed to-I care ************ Order #***** **********Miami FL33131 ******* ***** ID ****** He Never got the order.The money order was cashed Oct.4th per ************* I got a notice in November the order was caanceled becase I did not pay.Where and who got the money order??

      I initially place an order with icare gifting services on 11/22 to send items to my family member. Per the email instructions received confirming order # *****, I purchased a money order and mailed it via certified mail along with sending an email of the image as instructed.After failing to receive confirmation that the payment was received or a status update on the order I contacted the official icare gift customer service at ************** on 12/07/24, where it was confirmed that they are not affiliated with this online service.I have sent a payment via money order however I would like it returned and to cancel order #*****.I have sent several emails requesting to cancel and be refunded, and have received no response.

      I made a purchase at **************************. They sent me an email and a text which I didnt think anything of it so I payed them $119.97 through my cashapp and the inmate never received it, they never filled or completed the order then they sent me an email saying they cancelled my order for non payment.

      I paid the company for the express fee which said that my boyfriend would receive the next day but they are sending me an email now saying that they are filling my order and to expect it in 1-2 days. I no longer want that order since they lied to me about when it would be delivered. I had to order him packages from the actual website for him. I want everyone to know that this site is a scam and not to trust it. They do nothing but lie then ignore any of your messagas

      I placed an order online for items to be delivered to ****** ***** Inmate, # *******, **************************** for Women. ************************************* ****************************. # *******I subsequently received information that Ms ***** had been transferred to another facility in **** , ******************, **************************** for Women, P. O. ****************************. ** and changed the delivery address promptly. I tried to call the 888 number on the site to learn the number is not in service. I completed follow up forms on 10/27, 11/3, 11/5 and 11/7 and followed up with emails on these dates to ********************************************************************************************************** on 10/27, 11/3, 11/5 and 11/7 of 2024 only to receive messages noting the emails could not be delivered to the addressee. While I realize this is not a large amount of money, it does represent a gift to an inmate from ****************************************. I check daily and the order shows payment pending but the **** money order has been cashed according to their website. I truly do not know what else to do since none of the contact methods listed on the website work.

      Since I still have not received a response from Inmate Care Packages, I mailed the attached letter and exhibits. While I acknowledge that I gave them an incorrect inmate number on the original order it still does not explain their failure to respond to me.
