The customer service is horrible- poor communication and rude representative. Trinity uses third party movers and a Trinity employee name **** was very rude when I called to inquire about the payment methods. We only got one update about the progress of the move. It took a month to receive our belongings. We called the third party moving company numerous times to get updated, but they had issues communicating with their driver so we couldnt get current updates, ***** was the representative I initially talked to at Trinity but when I called him with concerns **** returned the phone call. ***** attitude was not conducive to good customer service. She blamed me for not having a good understanding of the payment process. I dont think Trinity communicated with the third party movers. I think Trinity sets up the move and turns it over to the third party movers, therefore they are unable to help address any issues with the move. Trinity should have an evaluation survey so they can track customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction. *********************** employees would benefit from customer service training,

This company utilizes a predatory practice of hiding behind a three day cancellation window from the date of signing the contract, regardless of how far out the move will occur, and quotes 49 CFR as their defense. Of course every person knows the 49 CFR by heart. The opportunity to do the right thing is not in their business model. I cancelled a move that was 16 days out because the contents of my storage unit was damaged/destroyed by a water leak, so there is nothing to move. Trinity says too bad for you, you get 50% of your deposit returned. So on top of the damage costs from the water damage, we now have to eat another $1,000, that a company keeps without performing a single service other than taking my deposit, has incurred no damages. Disgusting business practice, BEWARE OF THE SMALL PRINT. This company is not one I can recommend.
