    I scheduled a move from one city to another in my state, about 85 miles, and was quoted a certain price. On the day of the move, a 3rd party moving company showed up. I had told the original person who gave me the quote that I had 5 large items to move and was specificallhy told there would be no upcharges. Well, guess what happened on the day of the move? I had to pay an additional 1/3 of the quoted price for them to move those large items, another $2500! I definitely do not recommend this moving company!

    This was the worst experience of our lives. My wife and I have worked hard for everything... And what these people didn't absolutely destroy the damaged!!*******, *****, ****** all promised to make this right with me and did nothing but give me the runaround. They were hoping I would just go away. The company they were doing business with expert logistics, has since gone out of business I CAN SEE WHY! THE INSURANCE COMPANY WANTS TO PAY US $200 WHICH IS AN ABSOLUTE SLAP IN THE FACE. THE $200 DOESN'T EVEN COVER THE TV THAT THEY BROKE.... NOT TO MENTION THE DELIVERY DRIVERS RAN OVER THERE ARE FLAGPOLE WHEN THEY SHOWED UP. FYI THEIR INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER PROPERTY DAMAGE. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING BUT TWO-BIT CROOKS I SUGGEST YOU STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS YOU CAN! I WOULDN'T WISH THIS ???????? ON ANYBODY.

    My movers were great, showed up on time on the day there scheduled, did a great job loading the truck and tagging all my items with colored stickers so it didnt get mixed up with the other load on the truck. My belongings arrived approximately 6 weeks later, I learned that they bring all belongings to a local warehouse and hold it until they have a large enough load to fill a tractor trailer, once this was explained I was okay with this, and all my belongings arrived and were not damaged. Overall I was happy with the movers and would use them again. The reason I only gave this review 4 stars is because the price ended up being 9k higher than the original quote.

    Worst move ever . I book them for a move and so much info was not conveyed to me upfront. 1st i was not informed of the two day window for moving. Also as for the quote i book about 2-3 months before my move so of course i was unsure of how much stuff i would or would not have i was advised that i can update my items as they would call a few days before the move to confirm, however they never informed me that it would be additional fees involved if space went over, so i ended up having to make additional trips as i couldnt afford the new price as i budgeted exactly for the original quote and then on top of that my move got pushed back outside of the two day window will never use this company again.

    They hire other carrier companies to transport your items. Its not directly with this group. The carrier company they ended up hiring was disorganized, forgetful (leaving one entire box behind of my goods-after they had forced me into purchasing a wardrobe box for additional money) and unresponsive to phone calls and voicemails. Guardian moving group was also very unhelpful in helping me to get my items back in a quick and timely manner. It took multiple phone calls and voicemails until they finally made an effort to be responsive.

    Awful customer service - awful ********************** experience. If you don't pay the 600 up front - you don't know when your furniture is going to arrive! For a senior citizen on a fixed income having to find alternative housing - this is despicable. **************** had no idea when furniture was going to arrive, movers didn't know how to put furniture back together - just an incredibly difficult time with this company. I would highly recommend finding another moving company!

    Literally had the smoothest move possible! There were NO surprises and I paid exactly what they quoted me. They made sure I knew about packing my boxes and the tvs. Best decision I made for my move from ** to **. Thank you to everyone at Guardian Moving group.
