    Moving out of state, we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. The moving team was efficient, handled everything with care, and showed great respect for our belongings and the property. They made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend.

    There is not enough wonderful things I can say about this moving company. ***** is a perfect gentleman as is his crew. All of the movers handled our boxes with care, they were extra careful with our family heirlooms. I highly recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage.

    Bronze Star Moving and Storage has helped us several times now. They are always prompt and extremely careful with everything they move. The guys are always very accommodating asking questions about how we want things done. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move from one home to another or even emptying out storage units. They are great!!!

    I am so impressed with the service and the employees of Bronze Star Moving and Storage. I had my original moving company not show up, so we called Bronze Star Moving and Storage and they were able to fit us in super last minute and had amazing service. Very organized, efficient, and great at their jobs. Move out and in was a breeze with them, everyone went above and beyond to ensure it went alright even after being given notice last minute. ****** ********** and ***** came to move me on a Sunday night last minute after our other movers never came. They were so efficient and great. They moved me in to my new apartment and unwrapped everything, put my bed together for me, and waited very patiently as the alley they had to pull in was filled. ******* and everyone else I talked to on the sales team were super helpful and great as well. I cannot explain how great of service Bronze Star Moving and Storage gave and I will be recommending them to everyone in the future. Thank you all!!

    I used the moving and storage space for my move on 8/5/25. These guys were awesome! Very friendly and organized. ****** Dangelo, and ***** were awesome. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

    I found Bronze Star Moving and Storage on BBB along with a few other moving companies and decided to move forward with Bronze Star Moving and Storage based on their reviews and how responsive they were when I was trying to figure out my move from Florida to Las Vegas. They gave me a very great price and made the process so smooth and easy. We scheduled a date for the move and they came and packed up our house and came to our new house in Las Vegas the next day to unload. They were very careful with all of our furniture and did such a great job packing & unpacking everything. I’m very happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone who is moving. Thank you so much again!

    What a great group of guys! ***** called and confirmed the job ensuring they would be prepared and us all in the same page. The crew arrived on time - even though it was early and Im pretty far out. They worked hard and fast and efficiently and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone moving in for sure.

    They gave a low estimate and approximately 30 days before the move the price doubled and the day of the move it tripled. I hope everyone will read this before doing business with them. I will be looking at legal action.

    I was genuinely nervous about my move from Boston to Miami, but Bronze Star Moving and Storage made the entire process shockingly easy. From the moment the crew arrived 15 minutes early, might I add they worked like a well-oiled machine. They carefully wrapped every piece of furniture, even taking apart and reassembling my complicated IKEA bed frame without a single issue. What impressed me most was how they handled my grandmother's china set not a single piece was broken! The pricing was exactly as quoted, and they finished loading my 2-bedroom apartment in just 5 hours. The delivery was perfectly on schedule, and the same professional crew unloaded everything with the same care they'd shown during packing. They even helped me position heavy furniture exactly where I wanted it. The only very minor complaint is that one box was slightly dented (though contents were fine), but given how many items they moved flawlessly, this was negligible. For anyone hesitating about hiring professional movers, I can't recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage enough they turned what I expected to be a nightmare into a completely stress-free experience. Five stars without hesitation!
