      I own a motel and have had multiple guests book through this company. While booking, the person on the phone pretended to be an employee at the motel. They then charged $284 when the room should have only been $150. This company is scamming people and it's not fair. Just to be clear, we make the same profit whether people book through us or through this company. It just isn't fair that they are pretending to be a direct booking and then adding huge commissions on top.

      Do Not Book with HotelPlanner. I made a reservation through HotelPlanner that was not submitted to the hotel. I had to pay for another room for out vacation and despite numerous emails requesting my funds to be reimbursed, I have not received the funds within 10 business days they assured me I would receive it. I have now had to file a dispute with *************** for the $734.00 they have not reimbursed me for. Along this journey, I have had to deal with Lexyltravel and their "lodging support team". I will leave a review reflecting their part in this as well.

      Austin is wonderful.. He helped me book our room. My daughter can check in without me being there. Since our flights from 2 different states arrive at different times. He added special accommodation for her service dog as well.. I am very grateful for such wonderful service.

      Itinerary number H11614768.. don't know if I can leave 0 stars, if not it's 0 stars from me. I made a reservation through this company for business, and in order to get refunded for my stay I needed to provide an itemized receipt. Checked in June 11th checked out June 12th 2025 that very same day I called asking for a itemized receipt here I am almost a month later being peaceful and patient the entire time still waiting on something as simple as a receipt. 7-5-25 I requested to speak with a manager to help get this issue resolved, I was told by the agent that I would receive a call back from the manager in 1-2 hrs because they're busy, never got a call back. I called today requesting to speak to a manager again I was told I would receive a call back because the manager hasnt came into work yet. No call back, so I call back well past the 1-2 hr **** requesting a manager and the agent tells me that the manager is out to lunch. I call back a little while later requesting the same thing, you guessed it the manager was busy handling another situation and didn't have time for a ****** customer. This company not wanting to provide an itemized receipt leads me to believe that they are adding a bunch of unnecessary charges without customers knowledge. My room was $187 and in ******** it is a 6% tax on the dollar. I paid over $72 in taxes, 2nd reason for requesting this receipt that I still haven't received, probably never will. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. I advise those who read this to not use hotel planner or hotel reservations for your stay especially if you're going to be expecting a receipt.

      This company is a total joke. They lie a d lie. It is impossible to get in total with them after they steal your money. Will promise and Guarantee a manager will call you..... 4 times and. Never a call. Reviews on website are fake or employees writing. DO NOT USE HOTEL PLANNERS!!!!!!

      We had a reservation at a *********** in ******** Va and got a text mail confirmation the day of check in. But when we arrived the hotel said that there was no virtual card for payment even though I had a confirmation showing fully paid. Apparently when we called the hotel, we thought we were talking directly with the hotel but it had been routed to HotelPlanner.com unbeknownst to us. We paid them with a credit card 35 days before checking in, only to find that they had not paid the hotel. Payment is by something called a virtual card which is common with third party bookings. We called them and have been waiting four hours for resolution - the hotel says we can check in if we pay them directly, but we had already paid. We have had 9 calls with hotelplanner.com trying to get them to send a virtual card payment with no duccess. You can never reach a supervisor and when we asked for them to call us all of their calls ( we used several different numbers) went directly to voice mail without the phone ringing. Strange. The hotel is graciously letting us use a room for now, but we will have to pay them to stay the night. *********** had 34 days to pay the hotel and did not. We can talk to no one because customer service staff cannot put a supervisor on line - they must call you back.and strangely you cannot receive their calls!
