This company has been spamming me with unsolicited emails.I have not signed up for this 'service'Despite all the other complaints on here, and the so-called 'resolved' complaints, it seems they appear be continuing to spam businesses and waste our valuable time.Why would anyone do business with a company with such shady practices?Business Response

Endless junk emails will not stop from plan hub and you cannot block because each is sent from a different email. Yes there is an unsubscribe at the bottom of the email which takes you to their site at which point they want you to create an account to take any further action, I do not want an account or for them to have any further info, I just want the emails to stop. I have never signed up for their marketing emails nor had ANY past business with Planhub and have been bombarded by daily emails from this company. Last year, I called them to unsubscribe and they removed me from their email list. Somehow over the last few months, I was added back on and it's constant emails. This is ridiculous- I'm asking, please, permanently remove my email address from your database!Business Response

I had a free Trial with this program I removed my email and asked to not receive any emails or be contacted by anyone from Plan hub after being bombarded by spam/ fake estimating companies about projects list on plan hub.I can not remove the email because i never got a log in or had an actual account. Now I am being bombarded 30 times daily by spammers about bidding projects on there.This is disrupting my business and its infuriatingBusiness Response

Response to ********************************* sincerely apologize for missing the initial email submission and appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. We have since reached out to Mr. ******** via phone to personally apologize and have also removed him from all email and marketing communications.
We want to clarify that PlanHub does not sell user information. As part of our Invitation to Bid (ITB) process, Mr. ******** registered as a subcontractor, which automatically added his name to our directory. This directory is designed to facilitate connections between general contractors and subcontractors within the industry.
Unfortunately, despite our strict policies and terms of use, there are instances where third parties misuse publicly available subcontractor contact information to send unsolicited communications. We actively monitor for such bad actors and take immediate action to ban them when identified. While we continuously improve our detection and enforcement processes, it sometimes takes longer than we would like to address these issues.
This is an industry-wide challenge, and we are committed to working diligently to mitigate its impact. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to enhance our efforts in protecting our users.Best regards,

Planhub is sending us an outrageous amount of emails on a daily basis. The unsubscribe does not work. I have gone on their website and found no way to unsubscribe. We do not have an account with them, nor have we ever. I am sending them to my junk email, but they are coming from different persons within planhub, so this only works temporarily and then we are bombarded from another person. I want our entire company on their do not contact list. This feels like harrassment and is very time consuming to deal with. It makes my valid emails hard to see.Business Response

I have never even heard of PlanHub and have never subscribed to ANYTHING, yet I receive sometimes 25 emails a day. I clicked the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails numerous time and it doesn't do anything! If you reply with "remove" like stated it just bounces back. I did call and speak with someone once. They removed me but I'm back on the email list again.Business Response

Planhub will not stop sending me multiple emails daily. The company has been completely unresponsive in my many attempts to unsubscribe or block emails.
