This company sends numerous spam emails. Dozens each day. They are the #1 source of Spam for everyone at my company. We decided to sign up for their service and now, in addition to the dozens of spam emails (which still arrive in my inbox daily), I am also getting phone calls. The latest was a phone call at 5:30am. I honestly thought signing up would stop these because we couldnt find any other way to get them to stop.This companys marketing department has to be stopped. Our subscription ended on 5/28/25 and plan hub would not allow us to cancel the subscription on the renewal date and charged us over $3198 for the renewal with no option for a refund.Business Response

Our Terms of Use, which are agreed to upon subscribing, state that all subscriptions are non-refundable. I am rejecting this response because: they lied about our account activity and tried to act like we used the platform a lot. Which we hardly used if at all. Refunding or allowing us to cancel before the subscription renewed wouldnt have costed them any money. They clearly have poor business practices with small business and rely on subscription language to profit instead of providing a quality service.

I had never heard of this company and have never subscribed to anything from them. I am getting endless emails and can't block them due to different emails being used. I refuse to make and account to unsubscribe to something I never signed up for in the first place. This is unethical practice from PlanHub.Business Response

05/06/25 the consumer's email was enrolled on their global unsubscribed list and the consumer has been opted out of all emails as of that date by the manager that was handling the consumer's ticket.

This company sends a ridiculous amount of spam email to our company's email addresses. There is no way to "unsubscribe" as the "unsubscribe" button leads nowhere. I suspect one has to have an account in order to unsubscribe, which is 100% an unethical practice because I never signed up to be bombarded with spam job bid invitations.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: We have many email addresses. Having to complain through the BBB just to get one unsubscribed is unacceptable. Please unsubscribe our entire domain or provide me with a way of doing so. Sending out multiple spam messages to unverified email addresses daily with no way for the recipient to unsubscribe is 100% unethical.
