      I had never heard of this company and have never subscribed to anything from them. I am getting endless emails and can't block them due to different emails being used. I refuse to make and account to unsubscribe to something I never signed up for in the first place. This is unethical practice from PlanHub.

      05/06/25 the consumer's email was enrolled on their global unsubscribed list and the consumer has been opted out of all emails as of that date by the manager that was handling the consumer's ticket.

      I am being spammed multiple times daily from PlanHub with invitations to bid projects and I am not even a contractor. I cannot unsubscribe because there is no option to do so without creating an account. I never signed up for this. Just stop the emails. please.

      This company sends a ridiculous amount of spam email to our company's email addresses. There is no way to "unsubscribe" as the "unsubscribe" button leads nowhere. I suspect one has to have an account in order to unsubscribe, which is 100% an unethical practice because I never signed up to be bombarded with spam job bid invitations.

      I am rejecting this response because: We have many email addresses. Having to complain through the BBB just to get one unsubscribed is unacceptable. Please unsubscribe our entire domain or provide me with a way of doing so. Sending out multiple spam messages to unverified email addresses daily with no way for the recipient to unsubscribe is 100% unethical.

      My membership was renewed without my authorization or approval The contact persona/account manager stated that an email was sent to me asking if I dont want to renew. I have. It received such email/emails and do not to be charged fir this service.

      This company has been spamming me with unsolicited emails.I have not signed up for this 'service'Despite all the other complaints on here, and the so-called 'resolved' complaints, it seems they appear be continuing to spam businesses and waste our valuable time.Why would anyone do business with a company with such shady practices?

      Endless junk emails will not stop from plan hub and you cannot block because each is sent from a different email. Yes there is an unsubscribe at the bottom of the email which takes you to their site at which point they want you to create an account to take any further action, I do not want an account or for them to have any further info, I just want the emails to stop. Make it a one click unsubscribe!!!!!!
