I had never heard of this company and have never subscribed to anything from them. I am getting endless emails and can't block them due to different emails being used. I refuse to make and account to unsubscribe to something I never signed up for in the first place. This is unethical practice from PlanHub.Business Response

05/06/25 the consumer's email was enrolled on their global unsubscribed list and the consumer has been opted out of all emails as of that date by the manager that was handling the consumer's ticket.

I am being spammed multiple times daily from PlanHub with invitations to bid projects and I am not even a contractor. I cannot unsubscribe because there is no option to do so without creating an account. I never signed up for this. Just stop the emails. please.Business Response

This company sends a ridiculous amount of spam email to our company's email addresses. There is no way to "unsubscribe" as the "unsubscribe" button leads nowhere. I suspect one has to have an account in order to unsubscribe, which is 100% an unethical practice because I never signed up to be bombarded with spam job bid invitations.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: We have many email addresses. Having to complain through the BBB just to get one unsubscribed is unacceptable. Please unsubscribe our entire domain or provide me with a way of doing so. Sending out multiple spam messages to unverified email addresses daily with no way for the recipient to unsubscribe is 100% unethical.

I have never signed up for their marketing emails nor had ANY past business with Planhub and have been bombarded by daily emails from this company. Last year, I called them to unsubscribe and they removed me from their email list. Somehow over the last few months, I was added back on and it's constant emails. This is ridiculous- I'm asking, please, permanently remove my email address from your database!Business Response

Planhub is sending us an outrageous amount of emails on a daily basis. The unsubscribe does not work. I have gone on their website and found no way to unsubscribe. We do not have an account with them, nor have we ever. I am sending them to my junk email, but they are coming from different persons within planhub, so this only works temporarily and then we are bombarded from another person. I want our entire company on their do not contact list. This feels like harrassment and is very time consuming to deal with. It makes my valid emails hard to see.Business Response

Planhub will not stop sending me multiple emails daily. The company has been completely unresponsive in my many attempts to unsubscribe or block emails.
