  My air conditioning went out, and waking up to 88 in the house I did some troubleshooting and realized my condenser fan motor was seizing up. After making a call they came in to open up the store even after dealing with an emergency the night before, just to help me get the parts I needed. I got a full rundown of which wires go where. After 15 minutes of replacing the condenser fan motor, the capacitor and the start kit, I turned the breakers on and flipped the thermo to cool. The unit started working again like a champ! I'm very thankful and grateful for the help!I'll definitely go to Radco when I need anything else! Thanks a bunch!-*************************

  I signed a maintenance agreement with Radco almost two years ago, every time I call in for an appointment the office personnel is polite and helpful. The service tech always call and show up on time as promised, they do a great job of checking the unit and if nothing is wrong they don't try to sell you anything.I have been very satisfied with Radco and would recommend them to anyone.

  Radco gives fantastic service, and has made many wonderful compromises on pricing and scheduling to make things happen as soon as possible. They keep our appliances in great condition, even when theyre older or obscure pieces that arent easy to work on! Highly recommended to anybody having air or appliance issues with refrigerators, AC etc.

  We called Radco because of a air conditioner problem. The service tech arrived about one hour later. After diagnosing the problem, he explained what the issue was, and the solution. Gave us a price, had the unit up and running fast. Very happy with the service, company and technician.

  We recently had our regular HVAC service call. *** and his staff are excellent. They know their business and are prompt and efficient. They communicate very well and keep our system in top-notch order. They are analytical and make appropriate recommendations as needed. We are very satisfied with RADCO's personnel and services.

  I called Radco to come out and fix my Mom's air conditioner, they were on time quoted us a good price for repair, extremely knowledgeable. *** went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend to everyone!!! Sincerely *************************** and *******************************

  I rarely leave a 5 star rating, but they definitely earned it. Some of the stand outs (comparing to other service companies Ive used)1) Reaching a human- despite calling late in the evening. He was cordial, asked all the relevant questions, and was able to prepare to fix on-the-spot when they arrived to fix the very next day 2) Considerate of my schedule: I had 3 other appointments scheduled that needed to be worked around. Even though they gave me the typical options of 3 or 4 hour windows of time- I had another appt within each window. Despite this challenge, they coordinated their efforts with me, and did the repairs between my other appointments! Who does that??? ;)3) Speed- My entire condenser electrical system was burned out (product of no maintenance in at least previous 5 years!) with degraded internal parts lying on the slab. An acquaintance that used to do this kind of work guaranteed that it would require buying a brand new **. Within the time it took to inspect the rest of the ** system and finish the paperwork with ***, ***** completed the job! It wasnt just completed- but upgraded the start and run capacity. This is a game changer for me since I usually kick the ** up to 85 degrees when Im out of town (just enough to keep it from boiling while no one is home), but when I get back, it usually takes several hours to get down to a comfortable temp. Now- it is almost instantaneous! Amazing- works better now then it ever did before.And what makes me happiest of all is that I now know who I can call for service if/when other appliances or the heating system breaks down- since they do it all!

  Weve been calling a company recommended for the entire season to come do a maintenance inspection on our system. No one ever called back. The first time we called Radco, they came out the next day. *********** were great to work with
