5 starsMy ac need repair sp I call Radco to come out to fix my air conditioner. They came right out and got it working asap. They are the company that installed it and has kept it I'm great working order.. they also do emergency service on weekends and holidays. 5 starsWe had a problem with our ac and heating system. I call RADCO AC HEATING AND APPLIANCES come out. They were here in the time that they said. They found the problem right away. There price was reasonable and they had the parts on the truck. I recommend them to anyone who has a problem with there ac heating and appliances. 5 starsCame home from vacation and the house was 96°. Called Radco they came out and diagnosed the problem a leak in a coil. They contacted the manufacturer and had to argue on my behalf to honor the warranty. The new coil came in Radco installed in the unit was up and running. 2 Days later the other coil went out, manufacturer was arguing about replacing the coil, Radco on my behalf argued for me and when the manufacturer would not honor complete warranty redco stepped in got the coil installed it and my air conditioning was up and running. 5 starsMy ductless mini split ac was leaking water on the inside all over my wall and floor and I could not use my unit. I called another contractor and they assumed the line was clogged so they cleaned out the water drip line from the outside but in 2 weeks time it started to happen again. Having not much faith in the first contractor, I called Radco and spoke to ***** who was so wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable about ductless mini splits and scheduled an appointment for me. ***** came out and completely opened up my unit to clean the unit and to find the problem. He was extremely knowledgable and very determined to find the issue, which he did, a huge clump of grass that was growing up inside the water drip line from the outside! He pulled out the entire clump of grass and throughly cleaned out the line again, put it back together and it has worked perfectly since then! I highly recommend Radco, especially ***** and anyone who has a ductless mini split. Thanks to ***** for diligently working to find the problem, going above and beyond and fixing it! I will definitely be using Radco again for maintenance and if any other issues arise with my unit.
