    Our HOA community had this worthless Property management company for two long years. They did very little. Under their management, our beautiful
    Community was poorly managed. They rarely inspected or followed up on violation letters. Rules were broken and nothing was done about it. The Property manager was never around... only for meetings. Residents tried calling her. But ..her mailbox was always full. She rarely answered email messages. Assessment letters were sent to the wrong addresses. Unless you are a wealthy community...don't waste your money. They will not value or accommodate your needs. We finally found a much better Management company ..and a very caring and responsible property manager. Wish we hired them earlier..instead of wasting our
    Time and money on Keystone.

    STAY CLEAR of this company!

    Desmond- property manager (shady)
    Paige B******. She is the one who issues the contracts.
    Thom g***** is one of the so called owners. (Extremely shady) They go by a different business name also besides keystone. It's Green Flower 22A.
    I rented a home from this company and these individuals. The worst experience of my life. When I initially moved in the home, they claim they had people clean the house at dead roaches in it, and was disgustingly dirty. I had to pay to have a cleaning company come in AFTER my move-in date because the place was too dirty for me and my four year old to live in it. They promised they would reimburse me if I had it cleaned as I showed Paige the pictures and videos. I paid for it to get cleaned and was never reimbursed. There was also holes in the ceiling, broken fence, termites were found in the baseboard, as well as mold, and they only hired someone to come and remove the baseboard and paint over the mold, as if that rectify the problem for the termite and the mold, and none of the appliances worked at the time I moved in. There was continuous a leaks and they have a relationship with a vendor who is also unprofessional. *** ***  company. He installed the AC which never worked properly and leaked all over my furniture. I took them to court after they wouldn't pay what they said they were going to pay regarding the cleaning. They also tried to increase the rent $100 a month and would not reimburse me for my security deposit. So the Judge order them to reimburse me for that. Then we had to go back before the magistrate because even after the court order they still didn't pay. They are a fraudulent company. I wish I would've read the reviews that are out there on this company before I rented from them. I have never had to write a review about someone I rented for ever in my life. This is the first time these people are crooks. Please stay clear if this company. They are crooked.
