    Group has taken over the community where I live. I had been paying roughly $25 a month. I was asked to submit a form for withdrawals and did so but when I called to verify payment amounts they told me they had no idea how much we would be charged or when it would be charged. I was told we would be able to make up the payments for the months missed. I asked in December and it is Feb 8 with no reply. I do not believe I should have to make up a large lump sum of payments randomly whenever they decide to get this resolved.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is the same message they emailed me back in December. Its not almost March. I dont think its right Ill get months of back dated bills without knowing the amounts they may charge. Its an unfair burden on me the home owner. I also have not seen any activity for the *** so they are not providing services, voting information, meeting information, etc. They asked me for direct deposit information that I sent so have access to bill my account already with no idea how much they may bill or when it may happen. They should seek settlement from the developer and we should be billed when they can provide statements in advance and services. They have no right to bill is for past months where no services were provided.

    I am rejecting this response because: The reply is clearly hostile. This is the company that sent me the bill. Im simply responding with my concern about the bill to the company that requested the funds be sent to them. My concern stays the same. I should not have been asked to write a blank check if they didnt have billing information and do not feel I should be billed when the *** is not running as required. If this management company does not wish to do their job they should not have taken the responsibility.
