    The entire experience with this company was absolutely terrible but my complaint is over a $1,500 "shuttle fee". The company claimed that they couldn't get their semi-truck to me based on ****** maps and needed a smaller truck. When the driver arrived I questioned him on his truck and he informed me that he drove the box truck from ************** where he picked up my stuff to the drop off location in *******. When I questioned him on this he said it wasn't his problem. From reading the other complaints, this sounds like this is part of their extortion scheme to get more money out of everyone. I'd like to be shown records of their truck log/usage during my move to prove this outside of the driver verbally confirming this was the box truck used for the entire move. Ex, weigh station/camera records from the move to ** to ** to prove this. Please let me know of any additional info you might need. My legal team is also reviewing this matter.

    I secured their services in Aug for 8/30/22 For ($1275) small 1 bedroom move to ******** for delivery by 9/10/22. All items i packed no bed no couches to move Biggest item they had was a 4 drawer dresser. I was given a window of 1-3pm for pick up. they didnt show until 615pm and i had already pre-pd deposit & down pymt for pick up. It was clarified I would only have to pay balance when items were delivered. This was all information received from ***** who was the point of contact at this company. When they pulled up they stayed in the truck i went to the truck to find out what was happening. The passenger said oh were coming we are tired from the last job and i need to put my shoes on. They finally came in to see items and then began. When they finished and the guy says ok here is what you owe extra charges ($959) on this pre typed & hand written contract. The guy tells me it has to be paid now or they will pull stuff off the truck. Now my bill increased enormously for shrink wrap, bulk, origin fees and other chgs. I told him No i was not paying that now and told him to call his boss. Spoke to ***** and told her i did not have the cash now but then cash app $300. They left with items on truck. I drove North. Called on Thurs to confirm delivery date. Was told It would be delivered the following week not 9/10 because they needed to have a full truck before heading up East coast and i would get a call 24 hrs before delivery. But i needed to pay for those charges. I said i dont have that now and was told to just borrow it. I called back Mon 9/12 to get info on my delivery i was told there was also gonna be a charge for consolidating ($1500) to a smaller truck in Va after their other drop offs. I said that was not my problem and the truck can fit where i lived. 9/19 still calling for my stuff. Told did not leave Fla bcuz a customers items had to come off but should be tomorrow 9/20. My stuff is being held hostage. 9/21 i recvd same story. I just want my stuff.
