The biggest scammers out there. No matter what, do not move forward with this company after getting a low estimate. Their contract is very deceiving and the final charges were 3 times more than the original invoice. Things that were discussed on the phone were not honnored and the customer service managee ***** eas extremely rude.

Gracias...

Translation: On April 29, 2023, I requested a move from Miami to Kissimmee, the value was $800 dollars of which $300 would initially be paid by credit card and the remaining $500 in Kissimmee at the end of the move. I asked them to send me the final invoice and for several days I did not get a response. They called me every day for a whole week asking for my credit card information and one day before the move they called me again and told me that we could pay $300 in cash and the $500 in Kissimmee also cash; and so we stay When they picked up the things in Miami, they threw everything as if they were balloons without caring if things were damaged or not; they left without giving notice and without receiving the first payment of the $300; which surprised us. When they got to Kissimmee the guy who was driving told me that until we paid the balance they were not going to get anything off the truck, of course we took out the $800 dollars and he told us that the total cost of the invoice was $2,2884.85, wow such a low blow, we spoke on the phone with a person supposedly in charge and he confirmed the same to us. When they were told that we did not have all that money, the unfortunate man got on the truck to take away all the mess, saying that if he was not paid for everything in cash, he would put the things in storage and that the costs would be $250 dollars a day. Seeing this problem, they were told that we would pay the difference that was not in the initial invoice with a credit card and they did not accept it either. In conclusion, they made us pay for everything in cash, shipping through Zelle. In conclusion they robbed us!!! And that's not all, when things began to go down they had broken the legs of two of the furniture for clothes, a suitcase, a horn, and to stop counting, only losses. If you really are in charge of ensuring the well-being of us consumers, I hope you read this and take action, and hopefully close these types of ********** businesses. Thank you...
