  WARNING!!! Please do not use Next Door Relocation. We were used, manipulated, threatened and extorted for over $6,000. on a simple move from my home in ********** to *******. There wasn't any significant furniture to be moved. No ***room furniture was moved since we sold everything except for our king *** only (not frame nor headboard was moved). All items were professionally packed and most all were damaged on delivery and listed on the original items to be moved.Next Door took credit card payments and cash from us from the initial deposit, which was low balled for the job, and the cost continued to increased was paid from the time of pick up and in route and ultimate delivery to our home. On the actual delivery day, the driver demanded additional cash for final payment. I told the delivery man I would pay this and no more and began to call the local police in order to witness the transaction and delivery. The delivery man and companion rushed to complete the delivery and bolted like there was a fire.I HAVE PICTURES OF THE DELIVERED BOXES TOO

  Do not use Nexdoor Relocation! They are an illegal company and change their name to other LLC's. They will do nothing in writing and only on the phone. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, threatening what they will do and charging me more! My quote was $1,390 but was forced to pay $9,147. They broke the leg off my bed, they broke the leg off my coffee table, broke a chunk out of my armoir, lost all electrical cords for my recliners and bed set. My side table is missing although I still have the glass top. I was told that storage would be air conditioned, but they wouldn't tell me where storage was (in *****) & all my boxes were full of bugs. They hire guys off the street who know nothing about packing. I hope to *** them.

  BE AWARE OF NEXT DOOR RELOCATION!!!! I wish I have read these reviews before hiring this company. This Company is a total **** and I dont know how they are still in business. We were quoted an amount for the move and once they arrived at the final destination, they came back with an estimated 3 times the amount they have quoted us. Unless we paid cash, they held our furniture hostage. On top of this they had unprofessional movers who were very careless and even damaged some of my furniture and my floors. Reading all these reviews now, it seems like this is a trend with this company in scamming people. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THIEF AND ********!!!!

  These people ****** me of $600. Do not reserve with them. The lady named ***** or however you spell her name, was extremely rude. I will be filing a complaint. They are also very sketchy. DO NOT reserve moving services with them!!!!

  I wish I could give this company no star this company name NEXT DOOR RELOCATION run from them for your life they are a scammer, the manager name ***** and ***** they are rude and nasty, they are a thief they dont respect people and how hard people have to work for there money. These people gave me a quote for $2800 and at the end i paid them $12000 and they did not delivery my furnitures because they hired a third party company to do the work and they did not want to pay the company and so the third party company hold my furnitures hostage, I had to pay that company from my pocket so that i can get my stuffs. This company is a **** thief the owner is a Jamaican do not do business with this company. The next thing they are register with the ***** as a intrastate and not a interstate they can only transport in the state only they are not authorized to cross state line, they are operating illegal, they also have five different company they work under. I recommend for all the people who have done business with this company to file a law suit against, they are a big trash. TO BE HONEST THE ENTIRE STAFF WHO WORK AT THAT COMPANY ARE A BUNCH OF S*** AND LIARS FROM THE ***** TO THE REGULAR WORKERS. Final when I paid the money to the third party company they hired and the guy texted me the location where my furnitures where it was all damage and look like a trash yard. again NEXT DOOR RELOCATION IS A THIEF AND A SCAMMER IN THE ****************

  I was moved by a bunch of careless jerks. They ruined so many of my things. White couches are now black. Broke glass on a very large hand painted portrait and hid the picture and the glass. The scratched almost everything. Pictures, tables, end tables chairs etc. every time I turn around I find something else. ?? It looks like they drug my dining table across asphalt. Dented my brand new sound system bar. Dented the subwoofer. Punctured a hole in my leather chair. They gave an estimate of 860 and it ended up being *****. Cash only. Buyer beware!! Worst experience ever and my personal property is a mess. They also took pot from my friend. The driver at that. I had no idea what I got myself into. Not very nice either. The company refused to send me a claim form and they told me if I filed a claim they would deny it in 5 minutes. They hold you item hostage if you dont pay cash. Then the numbers you call are no longer useable. Trashy scandalous company.

  Read the other reviews. I had the same experience. Just don't use them. The contract is just made up stuff they can change whenever they want. They held my things hostage while charging me 2-3x more than what they quoted. I was able to pay the deposit via credit card but they wouldn't let me finish paying that way and I had to pay via cash transfer. Also be aware that on ******* "Next Door Relocators" is a completely different company based in *******. A lot of the negative reviews you see about them are actually about "Next Door Relocation." Clever naming tactic to confuse consumers when they first started it seems in Nov '22 according to the Sunbiz website. Avoid. Completely avoid these people. They are mean and nasty and made me feel like I was in the wrong and I quote, "stupid" for the questions I had about the contract and random bogus additional charges.

  One of the worst exp of my life...they quoted me $1,800 for a move that their movers underestimated the size of the job. they told us they could do it. And when it was all said and done and we got to our final destination they requested an additional $5k in cash or money order. Mid you it was 10 PM no banks were open and we didn't have that cash on us. They kept our things overnight and would not even let us have our baby's playpen so she would have a place to sleep for the night. This was all at the direction of the manager who lied to me in a phone conversation and then told me everything was in the contract and it was my fault. Additionally, they charged us an additional $700 to keep our things locked in the truck. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!!

  These people are a bunch of scammers, this has been the worst experience i have ever had with a moving company. They will give you a low estimate on the phone, they will tell oh its 300 cubic feet, your estimate is $1,542. Next thing you know your estimate is $4,090.00 dollars. Once the movers have your things in the truck it changes to 400 cubic feet, once they transfer your things again into a trailer they will call you and tell you that it's 500 cubic feet, this is a third party Company I will never hire a third party Company again, the curious thing is that the movers told me that they charge by weight not by cubic feet, They will hold your furniture hostage until you pay them all the unjustified fees that they add to your bill. To this day i am still fuming over my decision to hire this company, if you tell them that they have bad reviews they will tell you oh no it not ** its next door relocators The movers they use are the worst, most of all my furniture came damage, and i mean damage, tables, chairs, broken glass, etc.Dont make the same mistake you will regret it, i have no idea how these people are still in business, but something has to be done by the ******* ********** of *********** and ******** Services, they cant let these people continue to abuse and scam people out of their hard earned money. I agreed with everybody they should be arrested and put out of business.

  SCAM ALERT! DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT OR SEND ANY DEPOSIT WITHOUT READING EACH AND EVERY PAGE! It is a very lengthy contract with a lot of loopholes..crooks the main owner is a guy named **** running the whole thing with multiple llcs so you can't keep up with who you are calling or holding responsible...and his rude and nasty "manager" going by the name *******************, basically extorting ppl..leaving disabled ppl without furniture for days holding ppl belongings hostage not honoring original contracted prices..demanding increased payment in full before they'll unload truck, only accept payment via zelle, cash app or cash in hand knowing well zelle cant be used if trying to send large *** of money..they don't accept credit cards nor cert check..they add fake bulk item charges, shrink wrap charges..mileage etc and will not let their workers empty the truck until the extra money theyre demanding is received..they have the workers arrive hrs late so banks are closed and they keep the truck overnight adding additional 550 charge for having to come back next day and still dont arrive until hours after promised. Also if all your stuff doesnt fit in one load...u have to reschedule for a whole different delivery although in the beginning you sign ahead initial price for the four hours and then after the four hours it would be an additional 115 per hour and X amount of dollar per mile. Why would you need that if there was no intention on a second trip for a larger load? An original quote from 630 up to ****! So unprofessional..owner threatening that if u call one more time looking for your belongings or ask when the truck will arrive with your things they will take your things to a storage where u will have to pay everyday until u can get it out. This is so unethical its disgusting please do not use this company..they have multiple names also so beware! Horrible disheartening experience..they're own employees said they are wrong and do this to all the customers!
