            Problem 1- Never notified of change in policy amount. Agent nor Orchid (Wind) Problem 2- When our **************** paid the new premium ************** amount, we changed policies and was never given any money back from Orchid at all. They kept the entire $6812.40. We have also paid the new insurance company for wind insurance. Being double dipped and Orchid refuses to send our refund.

            I was dropped from coverage post inspection due to outdated electrical, citing I never replaced all my wiring since the home was built in ****, when did that become a requirement? After the policy was discontinued I found out they increased my premium retro to the beginning of the policy year, this was not communicated on a timely basis and eliminated my refund without my knowledge. They appear not to have any mature business processes, are very unorganized, and unwilling to explain where to find their policies in writing.
