First time doing business with this company to pay a bill to remove from my credit and already the service is trash. The woman ***** was quick to take a payment and I told her I needed a letter to shownthe debt is paid via email for fast service. She said she could do that. Not sure why they need my financial information to get a payment but I was very clear I needed that letter. I also have another payment pending. Called back today because she said to ask for her and they can't transfer calls. Spoke to a rude *** as usual her name was Gianni who claimed she walked to her desk and ***** said she never told me that. Could not email letter and they wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. I'm waiting for a callback within 24 hours for a supervisor and I will be pursuing this to the end. This is business and they are very rude and unprofessional. This is not the end. I am p***aring to contact other outlets to get this issue resolved!!!

I applaud this business. I left ******* in 2008 and moved North to a progressive state where I was treated respectfully whether part time, full time or in the 1st 90 days.I wasn't berated for being a few minutes late from ***** or break but thanked for the skills I brought to every team. This company reminded me in 25 days how far back in dark ages of management of human assets ******* allows, under the guise of fair employment. Have not heard of transformational leadership too bad there is no 1/2 star

I spoke with one of your representatives about 2 accounts I have. The total is less than $1500. I asked about a payment plan, and she wanted to know my finances. I told her I would pay $100 per month, and she immediately became upset and hung up. This is attributed to the fact that collection agency representatives think they need to be aggressive to get anything done which is why they can't. I'm glad she hung up angrily because the call is recorded, and it will serve me well should further action be taken. Perhaps the old saying "you can catch more flies with honey, than vinegar." applies here.

Scam. My debt was paid in full, and then I received a surprise medical bill from you people with ONE MONTH to pay it. They even told me I had another bill which I never knew existed, and wanted me to pay all this over the phone. Yeah no. Denied mailing proof of legitimacy, denied mailing a paper bill so I could keep it on file. Do NOT engage these predatory debt collectors. If they insist you have some fictitious medical debt, just get it under 500 so it doesn't ding your credit and let them eat the rest. Absolute scam, only operates over the phone, NEVER mails you proof of payment. Avoid at all costs, and do not give these people money.

I was contacted by MDS on 6/12/24, I have not received a validation letter stating the debts owed or stating the buisness information. I have been trying to appeal through my insurance the medical bill from ******* medical that they are pursuing me for. They asked me financial/personal information without proving with tangible or written evidence whom they are. They would not work with me for a payment lower than 346 dollars a month. Stating that that is the minimum I'm to pay even though I requested for less. I have 3 children a car payment and rent to pay. Honestly, heartless...

      Dear **************,

A review of your account confirms the standard Reg-F letter was sent to your attention on 6/11/2024 via the same email address provided in your BBB review. This letter reflects the total charges, total credits applied to the account and the current balance due as of the date of the letter. There is no record of any request for additional validation documents nor were there any dispute of the balance due.

The payment arrangement which you agreed to was set for a period of 12 months and based on the income and debt ratio which you provided.

Should you require anything additional or wish to discuss in more detail, we welcome you to contact our office.

      Best Regards,

I should not have a bill for ***** and something when I paid a large amount of money and used my insurance card. I gave it to the emergency room clerk. I Asked for itemized bill and never received one or documentation that the clerk added my insurance. I do have a receipt for what I paid out of pocket. Now because the registration clerk didnt add my insurance just so they could make goal for the month it is now on my credit.

Scam. Having no outstanding dues with any of the hospitals and then getting a random text for an amount that wouldn't make any sense in legal accordance with the medical system I am attached to being a non-profit. I will not be clicking on any of these extremely suspicious links. I would advise anyone getting these random texts to have your lawyer help. Do not try to fight them by yourself. I'm sure they take advantage of everyone who might not have any legal help. Good luck! Do not opt into payment plans. You have protections under the No Surprises Act. Contact your state or local social services to see if more help is available. Or use 211 to get further information about personal assistance for and social welfare issues.
