"We found JR ********************** and media on a wedding website promoting a discounted rate for videography. Everything was going well until about two months before the wedding when she asked for most of the payment again and we denied because we were paying on the day of but then 10 days before the wedding when we reached out to confirm the rest of the payment on the day of, she then tells us that she would not be at our wedding that something came up with her children and she was sorry and said that she would send a refund well it has been a month and two weeks post wedding and we still have yet to have a refund or any communication." ...
