    We found JR ********************** and media on a wedding website promoting a discounted rate for videography. Everything was going well until about two months before the wedding when she asked for most of the payment again and we denied because we were paying on the day of but then 10 days before the wedding when we reached out to confirm the rest of the payment on the day of, she then tells us that she would not be at our wedding that something came up with her children and she was sorry and said that she would send a refund well it has been a month and two weeks post wedding and we still have yet to have a refund or any communication. She stated that she needed to get the refund from her bank within a few days and has yet to send the refund or respond since August 12. She is a scam and no one should ever use her because she continues to make up stories about why she cant be there or that she needs to refund money but never does on her wedding website page and her ******** page shes clearly taking on more clients. This business should not be a business and its completely disheartening that someone would hurt other people this way. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

    Do not waste your time or money on hiring ********. We hired her to create a video of our wedding. What we got in the mail was unedited video clips of some of the speeches that were given at the reception and parts of the father/daughter dance. She completely neglected to record or send our vows! We asked for our money back and have received multiple excuses ranging from "my car broke down and I really need the money right now," "I'm going through a divorce," and "I'm in the hospital." Either this woman has had the worst year imaginable or she is a lies and steals your money by not delivering the services she agreed to. Given her active presence on her company's ******** site, I tend to think she has not been in the hospital, etc. as she has been advertising that she is accepting more work during that same time. In addition to not capturing our vows or producing an edited final product, ******** ruined the bulk of our ceremony pictures by attending our formal wedding in a flannel shirt and standing directly behind my parents during the ceremony (on an overlook) so she is almost every picture and stands out like a sore thumb in her inappropriate attire. DO NOT TRUST HER!
