    The owner, ****, was a "friend" of my husband's. We paid him $5k upfront for an installation. This was a month ago. We have had nothing but broken promises and excuses since. We still don't have air conditioning and have holes in our walls, making the building even hotter and near impossible to operate in. We have come to find out that **** has a drug problem and has been taking deposits for jobs to fuel his drug addiction, with no intention of completing the work. We are not the only people that he has done this to. We have spent $8-9k with **** in the past 2 years. The previous jobs before this went smoothly. My husband has gone out of his way multiple times to re-arrange his busy schedule to accommodate ****. He has even offered to pick him up and drive him to the warehouse to get the condenser, he has offered to rent a lift to assist in installation, and we have just been blown off and lied to. It is very unfortunate that it has come to this but I have been left with no other choice. I will consider removing or editing this complaint if our job gets completed/refunded, but I am not expecting it to.
