    The 72-hour money-back guarantee is false advertising. First, they have no contact other than joining a Discord and opening a ticket thread. I opened a ticket thread, and it wasn't till almost 16/17 hours that someone replied. So, this 24/7 support was nearly false as well. In the thread, a pre-written message finally informed me that you can only receive 80% of your purchase or a 100% credit to purchase or upgrade other services. If I am not satisfied with the servers and their service, why would I want to give you credit for using a service I am not happy with? Also, why wait till joining a Discord page and creating a ticket to finally inform customers that you can only receive 80% of your purchase? The UI and coding side of the Ark Servers was not bad, but still not done correctly, I mean they could have used Beacon to write better code.
