Sunday Feb 9, 2025 I purchased a Server for ***** Exiles and mod support. I have reached out to the company via their discord and by their website asking for assistance with the mod support that I purchased. I have been informed that now they can not do such, because they don't have the frame work. But I purchased mod support, and a server under the agreement they would. I have asked for a refund 3 times and have been ignored each time.

I canceled their $1.80 a month Minecraft server subscription and continued to be charged via PayPal despite canceling. This went on for about 4 months. I tried going to their support seeing if they could refund my money, but the ticket was closed without much fanfare. I just want to see if I can get the money back.

Dec 5th autopay removed 7$I upgraded the account dec 11th for an additional 2$. As soon as it upgraded something broke, I couldn't do anything, nothing worked. They tried to help me, but nothing fixed it. Once they got silent, quit talking to me, the support ticket was closed. That was it, I instantly requested a refund which had taken a few days (no problem) these guys are a server host for games. I was trying to get my kids a Minecraft server going, well it didn't work. Once I requested a refund the server was shut down, even though it didn't work I lost access to it (I paid for it) and no refund, they said no refund after 72 hours (I had issues instantly) honestly I'm not gonna cry over 9 bucks but it's the principle, at least let me have it until my time is out as I DID pay for it. Please look into this and help figure something out. If I don't get the refund, I won't be hurting, but I do honest work for my money and I work hard. Thank you in advance, Sincerely *******
