    I had an appointment for laser hair removal on October 30th. Drove 30 minutes and had to miss half a day of work to make this appointment. To my surprise, they were closed for the month! No call to reschedule or notify me. I have prepaid services pending and feel so wronged! Left voicemails and no call back. Website is all of a sudden down. Its outrageous that they can get away with going out of business and not providing refunds or communicating at all.

    This place is closed and I had prepaid for a package. I was never notified and want a refund.

    Prepaid for hair removal services, things were going well and I was halfway done with my services when they canceled my appointment with no communication. I have been calling and leaving voicemails for the last month with no response. When you check on google review, they have several customers complaining about the same thing with prepaid services that will not be provided. I have tried to go through my bank but because the original purchase of the prepaid services was completed over 2 months ago my bank may not dispute the transaction. It's awful that this company is taking people's hard earned month during a recession.
