I had an absolutely horrible experience working with Alphaleads. I hired them to help with sales for my two brick and mortar fitness studios and it was a complete and utter disaster from day 1. I would strongly advise ANY owner in ANY industry to run far and fast from this "agency." The CEO Eric is nothing more than a sleazy salesman and petty thief who will lie to your face about what they can do and promise a full refund if you aren't satisfied, do absolutely nothing for months while stringing you along, lie outright to you about issuing a refund (I literally have an email from Eric saying that a refund had been issued and the money had left their account - of course it never arrived). After paying them $5K to produce exactly 2 in sales in 2 months (and flushing almost $8K in ad spend down the toilet in the process as their utterly incompetent "sales rep" burned through my leads left and right) I told them I was done. Eric promised a refund as this was written into the contract but said that it would it would take 60-90 days to issue the refund which is insane. That conveniently got Alphaleads outside of the window to issue a chargeback and I'm 100% convinced that Eric never had any intention of issuing a refund. He completely ghosted me after they already had taken my money. I cannot stress enough how sleazy and awful he and this entire agency are. The good reviews are guaranteed 100% fake - notice that they are all posted on the same day directly after negative reviews to try and bury them. Please save yourself a lot of headache and a lot of lost revenue and stress and RUN far and fast from this joke of a business.

These people are 100% con-artists in the truest sense of the term. After being sold a $5,000 program I quickly learned their quasi CEO ******************************* is a compulsive liar and total fraud. I first came to them in January 2024 for a simple project of tweaking my existing funnel and not building anything new whatsoever from scratch. I was sold a bunch of promises (by one of their snake oil salesmen who I never heard anything from after he got my credit card info) that were only supposed to take 2 weeks to complete and would be personally reviewed by **** himself before launch. Needless to say, absolutely none of that happened. After providing a detailed client intake form and waiting for nearly 1.5 months I ended up with absolutely nothing but a long list of excuses on a slack channel managed by offshore contracted staff who either rarely responded, never took time to read the intake form about my company, and provided nothing but continuous excuses on why things were not getting done in a timely fashion. I finally told them I had enough. When I threatened to *** them finally they put together in just 2 days a bunch of unoriginal Canva templates of photos from Fivver/Upwork graphic designers and a nonsensical social media ad strategy trying to give my services away for free when I had a high ticket offer and strategy in place. I sent **** and his team numerous emails and messages regarding my ****** over a 2 month timeframe and the only time I would get any type of service is when I threatened legal action. These scoundrels also used multiple credit card processors when I blocked them from my bank account due to these disputes to try to siphon more money from me with their different company names. *** tried to request a refund and was told it would be processed by **** himself. After 3 months of waiting and even issuing a dispute with my bank (which they fought after agreeing to a refund) Im done with their constant lies.

    Dear Sir/*****,

I am writing on behalf of my client, Alphaleads, regarding a recent review posted by *******************************. This review contains numerous falsehoods and defamatory statements that are damaging to my clients reputation and business operations.

Firstly, it is critical to address the inaccuracies in ****************** review. ************** received all the services he contracted for, and Alphaleads consistently delivered work over a period of four months. The claims made in his review, aside from the price paid, are patently false. Specifically, ************** asserts that no work was completed, which is unequivocally untrue. Alphaleads has detailed records demonstrating the fulfillment of the agreed-upon services.

Moreover, at no point during the service period did ************** request a refund or seek to cancel the services. It was only months after the services were rendered that he initiated a dispute. This dispute was not preceded by any communication requesting resolution or refund. Instead, ************** chose to engage in threatening and harassing behavior towards my client.

On May 18th 2024, ************** sent a message explicitly stating that he would "burn your world down" if he did not receive a full refund. This behavior is not only unethical but also constitutes harassment and bullying, aimed at coercing my client into providing an unwarranted refund.

Given the malicious nature of **************** threats and the defamatory content of his review, we request the immediate removal of his review from your platform. This review does not reflect the true nature of the services provided by Alphaleads but rather represents an unjust attempt to damage my clients business reputation.

We are prepared to provide substantial evidence of the services rendered and the threatening communications received from **************. The persistence of this review on your platform is both harmful and misleading to potential clients.

We trust that the Better Business Bureau will act promptly to remove this false and defamatory review. Should you require any further information or documentation, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at ************ or *********************************.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Sincerely,

    *********************
