  I paid 9800 dollars to **** S. ***********, CEO of Rank KO out of *************. He promised to produce specific ads for my fitness company, run ads through ******** and then assemble a sales team. The first 2 weeks, he was communicative but then my contact, ****, stopped communication and I was directed to ******* ******* who never contacted me. When I contacted ****, he would tell me all is week and trust the process I provided all required information about my company and got no response. After nothing happening, I was charged the 2nd half of the 9800 without warning. I then became suspicious and contacted **** and got the same cookie-cutter response of trust the process In the meantime I started paying for ******** ads at about 900/month. The ads **** created were AI generated garbage that took zero effort. The lack of communication then became unbearable. I had to beg him to assemble a sales team winch he did not do. The one ****** who contacted. Me had very little experience and the 2nd ****** never contacted me bsvk. It is then that I requested a partial refund of ***** dollars which **** has promised me since June 7th. He has now ignored every request and has forced me to report him for fraud. I also believe that he is claiming Ill-gotten gains on his taxes as legitimate income I believe he is a fraudster, preying on small business and individuals I can afford the loss, but he has also scammed those who cannot and that is why I feel it my responsibility to report **** S *********** as a scam artist/fraudster. Please look into this matter so that he cannot do this to the vulnerable. I also feel that he targets the marginalized of society and collects money for doing little to nothing for them. Thank you

  Details:-5 January 2024 I signed on with $900, which I paid directly to the CEO ******************************* -The business committed to me the service of running my ads, and providing the sales and closing of the leads. He guaranteed $4000 in revenue per month. -They did not provide this service. They ran a subpar ad that didn't even use the proposition we discussed on FB and IG and they did it before they had a sales person in place. So while a few leads came in they weren't properly handled, They hired a sales person named ****, he disappeared in a week. They told me a new one would start. That never happened. I complained countless times about how the "team" didn't seem to know what was going on. They put my business name out there and never followed up... causing damage to my business image, in addition to wasting my time and taking my money. -Not only did they not ever bring in $4,000 of revenue on any month, they never brought in any revenue. A few zoom meetings (I think 3) were set up from the ad (they had a link in the ad that allowed people to set up a discovery call), however, since they never assigned a sales person the meetings never happened. You can't say you tried to provide the service if you don't perform the basic functions of the service itself. -Each time I tried to get them on track they gave me the run around. -I finally asked for my money back and got the run around, over and over again. I've been asking for my money back since March or April.-I have dozens of text messages, email and print screens to show the numerous attempts on my part to get the service they promised me and the numerous times I tried to get my money back.-I'm only filing this complaint as the last time I messaged them I reiterated the issue, why I wanted my money back and then said I'm not going to be ignored. I will take additional steps if necessary. I got a text response asking if I wanted to sign up for their service. Unbelievable!
