      Here at the Park at ******** when they owned the property claimed they were trying to make the property better with monthly pool parties that never happened. They said they were fixing things around the complex including the gym, pool and gate. They only made things appear fixed to be able to sell the conplex. They left a water bill debt worth $15,000. So the water company locked it and caused water pressure back flow. The gate bill was also behind. They never fixed the pool pump like they said. They wiped out the whole computer system and locked the new owners out of the security cameras in place. Where is all the money that is submitted for rent and utilities? Something extremely fishy about this management. ***** was the manager here and **** was the maintenance guy. Don't let them trick you with their pretend kindness, nothing but a bunch of liars and theifs!

      Terrible complex. Very poor maintenance. I have had the worst experience in Chateaux Dijon complex. They have changed the name to "Brisa Galeria" but nothing changes. It is gonna take long time to address your emergency issues and nobody from leasing office cares. Whatever issue you encounter in your unit including plumbing, AC, leakage, and pest, is gonna take 1 months to be fixed by the leasing office and you need to remind them hundred times. The complex area is always dirty and full of garbage, no security and no gates. Don't move there.

      Summer here in *****..Lovely for me to come Home to excellent air conditioning and water....Management here is nice too always answers my questions easily and smoothly.60 days notice to give for moving out and everything spelled out in Conservive statements/ monthly.********* is my current fav especially due to recent loss I had.****** sticks around...Yah:) although miss **.... and ******.**** gets cleaned now after *** left.....she always did a Great job too.****** always a fixture here so that's to be expected from his " Dedication" to work and Home.Thank your families for sharing "your services" with us.Tree Maintenance companies come out and another for the new Middle section...we already baptized it with a " Block Get-Together" last Sunday.New people came in and " refreshed our people"...mailbox slits for all coming any day now....Historical Society come take a look at us here....We got Value of Cultures and Religions and People looking to " Make their Way" @ The Enclave.

      This company lied to me and stole my 347.40 dollars. I was told that upon applying if your credit was bad that you would pay an additional security deposit to which I agreed and signed up to hold the apartment. Well a few days later they came back with I’ll need to have a guarantor to get the apartment. We don’t have one of those so not only was I out of a place to stay but they took the money I put down and never returned any of it. So dishonest and mean. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

      The property manager located at ******************************************************************** is incompetent, rude discriminatory to the tennats and displays inaccuracy in managing the property. Corporate needs to have video surveillance inside of the office to monitor the way that she treats the tenants.

      I live in **************************************. My apartment is 90 degrees inside because my HVAC system keeps going out. Ive called multiple times and have made multiple maintenance enquirers because no human being wants to live in 90 degree weather. Its inhumane to have someone try and sleep and live in this weather. There are roaches everywhere! I clean, vacuum, mop, spray bleach everywhere and have had pest control come and spray. Theyre everywhere inside the apartment. I want out of this place. It is not suitable for living.

      I’ve lived here for going on 2 months and it’s been a terrible experience all around! I moved from out of state so I wasn’t able to fully see the conditions of this complex until I arrived. This complex is completely ran down. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath paying 1686.00 a month! I’ve called for maintenance 10 times!!!! On the 8th time they finally came out because of my AC UNIT not working in 102 degree weather. I’ve complained about everything that’s been wrong with my apartment (refrigerator not working properly, roaches and pest control needed, light fixtures not working, both toilets not functioning correctly…the list goes on) and have let it all slide due to the fact that it was all minor issues but still needed them addressed because I am paying a high amount of rent. My AC was a big deal, they finally came out and claimed that it’s been fixed when clearly it wasn’t. I called the very next day and was told by the manager Lauren that maintenance will be coming out the same day (twice) no one ever came out. Mind you we are in the triple digits! I’ve left voicemails on the emergency line and never received a called back. My electric bill stated I used 1235KW for the month which is equivalent to a 4 bedroom house!! I asked if I can have it offset of my rent for the month and was told that it was my responsibility. With all the attempts I’ve made for them to come out and fix my unit, I’ve received one which was a slap on the back.

      If I could leave 0 or negative stars, I would. The way the management office at Ayla Bungalow Homes deals with their new customers is absolutely horrible. Not only do they have a bunch of apartments on their website that are not available, then they make you try to settle for whatever they have available. I told them that I was moving urgently and they still allowed me to pay them these application and admin fees as if they had something available. I was told that the application process only took 72 hours and a week after I sent my paystubs, they were asking me to send them again because they hadn't even checked their emails even though someone had already responded to me and confirmed that they were received. I don't know anything about their other properties but Ayla Bungalow Homes in Tampa gets an F from me. They are so inconsiderate of people's time. They never answered the phone during the application process and now that I said I want all my money back, they're saying my refund will take 21 days even though the paperwork that you read when you do the application says that it will be returned to your card within 7 days. They need to work on their business structure. It is horrible.

      Needs a negative number rating. Local office does not ever answer the phone, corporate office doesn't either. Has broken many written agreements. Is past the 30 day legal requirement to return the deposit after a written agreement to transfer the deposit. They keep saying the check is in the mail. This is the short list of problems.
