  I ordered a 10 pack plus free spray bottle for 19.99 ended up costing $27.00 and some change. I received the order but only received a 5 pack of tablets. I sent an email with picture of what I received along with my order number. They said they reviewed the order and that I was sent two packages of 5 tablets. I only received one. I sent several other emails. They responded that. The order is correct with the 5 tablet pack. They just contradicted themselves. The product does not work as they say. I will never buy from them again.

  I think this business is a scammer. I ordered its products, but the website/page was very tricky that add on more products to the order. I sent an email back to the support department. The first response said I would receive another email about my question. However, I did not receive an email to help resolve my problem. This morning (5/29/2025), I got a charge on my credit card for a monthly order in which I did not make that order. This business should not receive any star, but I do not have any option to leave it blank.

  This is classic bait and switch. The charges reflected at check out were much higher than the charges in advertised promotion. I gave immediate written notice to cancel my order. The charges were higher also due to unwanted product being crammed onto my order. The company refuses to issue a refund by stalling with offers of small discounts on future orders. There will not be a future order. I will not do business with this company and urge others not to as well. The FL BBB office I contacted said this company has a D+ rating which is higher than the F rating I would give.

  Worst lies ever. This product DID NOT WORK. When I called to complain, I was told to add 1-2 Tbl of white vinegar. I did. No difference. I called and requested that I be REMOVED from ALL further emails or whatever I'd been signed up for. Found out how to return the product, which I did. There guarantee states you can return any unopened portion. What they DON'T say is the entire package must be returned, since I'd ordered 2 packs, I could return 1 pack but get stuck w/8 useless, unopened packs. I told them then, to remove me from ANY & ALL further product on 3-1-25. On 3-10-25 I got ANOTHER 10 PACK, even though I'd CANCELLED any further product on 3-1-25. They said I was on auto, the once a month deal, even though ID CANCELLED EVERYTHING on 3-1-25. THIS COMPANY IS SHADY. NOT ONLY does their product NOT WORK, they use any excuse to stiff you into buying product you'd cancelled. I have 1 totally unopened pack I didn't order and 8 unopened single packs I was told could be returned, if not opened. THIS COMPANY LIES. EVERYONE needs to know how BAD this company treats you, once they get your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM This COMPANY. THEIR PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK.

  I bought both the Splash Cleaner and the Splash Foaming Cleaner. THEY DID NOT WORK. I wmailed customer service for an RMA but kept receiving stall emails asking what was wrong. I kept telling them the products did not work as advertised and cost too much money to throw away on water.CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

  This is the worst product. When call company they take it back but a restocking fee or 8.00 then they send me 13 toilet bowl cleaner plus every month send me another toilet bowl cleaner just go round and round with company. Over all 0 rate

  It did not do anything. Ended up scrubbing with comet as usual! I am returning the unused package of 4 uses and have been scammed what I used on three toilets. Do not buy this worthless product.
