When I was considering ordering this product I saw that they were trying to force me to buy a second bag. I therefore didn't complete the transaction and they went through with it anyways. I then called them and they told me that I would have to pay a fee to send the product back.

It does NOT work! VERY false advertising. Desiring FULL refund including any shipping and restocking fees.

Do NOT even start the process. These people set up an autopay when I didn't even complete the purchase. They also showed a good dozen upsells after. Don't fall for this. I'm glad I used paypal and checked. Slimy.

We paid $42.47 for two bags of Splash that advertised it would clean the entire bowl of the toilet without having to scrub. We followed the instructions and the product did not clean the toilet bowl. We called the number to return the product and was told that the restocking fee and the shipping cost was $38.94 and we would get $3.53 back. This is a total and complete scam in my book.

Did not work. Waste of money. The foam did not expand as the sales video did. Left stains unchanged.

The product didn't work at all! Then when trying to return, found they don't refund for opened product (wth), acknowledging that you can't find out if the product works without opening it. Also, even when returning unopened products, they charge a restocking fee of 8.99. I have been waiting for a code needed to return for over a week, crickets chirping.

I bought 2 packs of Splash Foam cleaner for $41.90 on March 26th.The delivery was so late that I contacted them via email twice, but the late arrival in about 20 days was nothing compared to the defects after use. After receiving the product, I tried following the instructions, but the toilet was not cleaned at all like in the advertising video. I took a picture, complained via email, and asked what I should do, but I didn't receive any response to resolve the problem. I increased the amount and put it in the toilet, but it still didn't work. So I took pictures again and asked why it didn't work like advertised and didn't clean, but there was still no answer.In the end, I did not receive a response and had no choice but to contact them to request a refund for a product that was completely ineffective, and the contact I received afterwards was even more shocking.'Please note, a return shipping cost and a $8.95 return processing and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receiving your return, depending on your financial institution.'When I inquired about a problem with the product, there was no response at all, but when I requested a refund, they said they would only refund $8.52.Who can buy a product from this company that has not been able to provide any explanation for the photo evidence showing that the product is not effective, the video advertisement was a false exaggeration, and they do not even provide a proper refund?

This product does not work. There is no foam and it does not remove any stains. I purchased four bags totaling $89.09. One was a promotional item at $39.09. When they broke it down it was $19.95 per bag. If you want a refund you must return all bags within 30 days unopened. How will you know if the product works or does not work if you don't try it first? They will not accept open packs. They gave me $5.59 for the used bag and did not want it returned. Next, they charged a restocking fee of $8.95 and finally less shipping at $6.95. To return it you have to pay for the shipping on your end. Not sure what that is going to cost me but by the weight of the package I am sure it will be close to $20.00. They are returning $67.07. By the time this is over I will be out of pocket close to $40.00 for a product that does not work. What a scam. If anyone wants to do a class action lawsuit I am all for it. Buyers Beware.

I would give this product a zero, if it were an option. It does not work, The company states they have Guaranteed satisfaction or your money back. They will not give you your money back if you opened Your packaging. They also charge a restocking fee and make you pay for the shipping. This company is a total scam, do not buy anything from them!
