      Recently purchased Splashfoam after seeing ads numerous times on ******** Received it and proceeded to try. All points made in ads were easily proven wrong. No foam to the top. Still had to clean. Will be returning rest of product and from their site says I should get a complete refund minus shipping. And I have to pay for shipping. Hopefully it doesn't cost as much as the refund. Because then it would be pointless. Which is probably why they did it.

      I purchased Splash toilet bowl cleaner through an online advertisement. The ad claimed that the product cleaned the entire toilet bowl, and showed photos of the foam created by the powder. I used this product exactly as directed, and it did clean the lower part of the bowl that was under water, but there was NO FOAM whatsoever that covered the entire bowl (as advertised) so the top part of the bowl was not affected at all. I've sent emails to the company but have not received any response. I can't remember exactly what I paid, but I think it was a sale price of 5.00 per package, and I purchased 2 packages.

      I ordered toilet cleaner product. I used it per instructions and it had no effect. The website has a gaurantee stating if not satisfied a refund would be issued no questions asked. I have tried to contact the company both by email and by phone. Out side of a reply that they would send a RMA. No one has contacted me back. I am very disappointed in the product and even more so by their customer service. I am left with thinking this entire product and company is a SCAM.

      I followed an advertisement trail to this company's website and put 2 packets of toilet bowl cleaner in my cart. Then as I tried to check out I was repeatedly asked to add more items to my order which I refused to do. This went on for so many screens that I finally decided not to complete the purchase. I closed the window before completing the transaction. I then received an email saying that my original order had been completed and that the product was on the way. I decided not to bother trying to cancel the transaction. When the product arrived I used it only to find that it was completely ineffective and falsely advertised. The toilet bowl cleaner is presented by the company as having a foaming property which will fill the toilet bowl and clean up under the rim. It does not foam at all and is no different and no better than any other liquid toilet bowl cleaner. I would never have purchased this product had I known how it actually performs. I don't want any other consumers to be duped by this charlatan company. Thank you.

      Bought 3 bags product was very clumpy never foamed rings and dirt still in toilet used last bag today and realized product was out of code by a year

      Now that I see all the complaints I don't know why I bother with this complaint. What a bunch of scammers! I too placed an order, told it was delivered, it wasn't & cannot get anyone to respond. This company needs to be out of business!

      Product doesnt work. It doesnt remove even soap scum from my shower walls. It advertises that it can remove almost every tough spot that no other product can. Bull ??. I tried to get a refund, but they said that it was over 30 days from the purchase date. Even though it took over 3 weeks to receive the product, they still wouldnt give me a refund. I was out of town when the so called 30 days ran out, so basically I had 2 days to use the product, and I was not able to use it in that time frame.

      Tried splash, foam, product and toilet as directions said to do. Nothing happened. Called company and they told me to add white vinegar to the water to make it foam. This still did not work. Now they are having me pay for shipping back to them and charging me 50% of the bag that I opened. My question is, how do you test the product without opening a bag and finding out its a failure? Requested full refund but they told me they were going to charge me 50% for the bag that I opened. And I would have to pay for shipping back to them. To me this is a money maker. Very bad product.
