    I keep getting texts from TRS LIMITED. I have never even heard of this company and I have never done any business with them. Upon research it has something to do with CBD, which I have never used. I think this is a scam and I would like to get removed from whatever list they have me on.

    The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 14 day trial period begins. During the 14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

    With this situation our records indicate that the customer had disputed their ****** charge which was for the bottle that was received. When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

    As a professional courtesy we have taken the decision to remove the customer from the collections database. This customer does not and will not owe anything and have no debt with us whatsoever moving forward. No negative impact was made to the customers credit. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in ***** hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the ***** hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

    We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottles as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

    We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better *************************** of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

    Received a message on 12/13/23 that "Your past due TRSLIMITED account has been red flagged to be reviewed by our legal network. To resolve voluntarily on your own behalf and avoid further action of possible fraudulent activity call us at ************.I never even heard of TRS Limited

    I received a text stated "Your past due TRSLIMITED account has been red flagged to be reviewed by our legal network. I do believe this to be a scam in the form of text messaging and unsure how they have my information. Please have it stopped or have law enforcement involved.

    I've received multiple texts regarding some sort of "red flagged account" with this company but I've never dealt with this company. I don't know how they received my information, but I want it purged and further contact to cease.

    I just received the following text message from TRSLIMITED "Your past due TRSLIMITED account has been flagged to be reviewed by our legal network. To resolve voluntarily on your own behalf and avoid further action of possible fraudulent activity call us at ************. Send STOP to opt." I have never done any sort of business with this company, so I'm confused as to how I would have an outstanding debt with them. I have no past due debt whatsoever, and I find this text message rude and offensive. I'm not sure if I'm on the receiving end of a Scam, but the fact that they send a text with little to no information instead of an email or phone call seems very suspicious.

    I received a text saying my account was overdue. I've never heard of this until getting that text. So I don't have an account. Have never ordered from this place. So please fix whatever is wrong cause I don't want my credit being screwed up from an overdue thing I had nothing to do with.

    I keep receiving this same text of Your past due TRSLIMITED account has been red flagged to be reviewed by our legal network. I have sent emails daily to these companies to let them know the *** leaked my information and now I am having constant problems. No one will answer my questions, so maybe The BBB can get a response. I have no knowledge on this company. Cannot find them when looking them up. Have not received any product or other emails from this company.     I have received text from trslimited. I couldn't figure out why I was getting them. The first was 12-1-23 and then 12-6-23. I didn't know what trslimited was until I searched the name. I had looked into ordering the product from them and had got to the point of putting in my address but decided not to. I never completed the form and never received a product. So I don't know why I am in collections for something I didn't receive.
