I just received a call from ***************** stating they are with Icc FL trying to collect a debt from *********** for some pills I ordered and never paid for! This is absolutely a scam. They wanted me to just settle the account and if I not, I will be awaiting court documents and be sent to court, I told them to send me to court because this is absolutely a fraudulent company and a fraudulent claim I have never in my life ordered anything from them, especially pills . So they are literally trying to threaten people with court to scam them out of money.Initial Complaint

This company's collections service claims we ordered some sort of pills on an auto-refill basis. We never ordered them but looking back the introductory cost did show up on my credit card 3 TIMES, assuming this is another name they use "************** *********** IA". I missed that. Now, 4 years later, they show invoices dated May, 25 2021 and May 26 2021 that say "STATUS: Outstanding balance plus collection fees sent to collections due to failure to bill card on file for product offer purchased through internet." That card is still valid today and my credit rating is above 800. Therefore, if they had tried to run additional pills on the card, it would not have been denied unless I challenged the charge after it hit my card. My credit card would not have rejected 2 charges for $119.97 each. Now, 4 years later, they have added a $50 ******************* Fee**" to each bill. No explanation of the asterisks is provided.Based on what appears to be a really slow response by this company to other people with similar complaints on this site, I will reach out to the credit card company and then my lawyer to see how I should move forward. At this time, I would expect a letter from this company that removes any record of me owing them money so I can use that to correct my credit rating if need be. I see most cases get a reply from this company as much as a few years later.Initial Complaint

I just received a phone call from a collector stating that I owed over 500$ from 2020. In April 6th my bank locked my card and advised me of fraudulent activity from this company. My bank contacted them and informed them I had not received any more products from them or that I consented for them to continue withdrawing from my account. In Feb 2020 I signed up for a trial but never opted to a recurring charge. I also did not receive anymore products after the trial. The odd part is that they changed the company changed the names on the charges each time. 1st Tryenchanceweightloss and ****************** to ******************* and **************. This flagged my bank especially since they changed the amounts being taken out. The trial was $6.95 and $6.97 on 02/11/2020. On 02/25/2020 they took out another $119.97 and $119.97 again on 02/27/2020. On 03/26/2020 they changed the names and took out $129.94. On 03/27/2020 they took out another $129.94. My bank had to block my account and I had to wait for another card. 5 years later I get a call about it and they are trying to charge me over $500. They threaten to file suit claiming they send me more products which I never received not to mention my bank and I asking them to cancel any orders or reoccurring charges. This company is a big fraud and continues to target consumers. Whether its increasing prices or take your card information and charging it without authorization and then change names so you dont catch it on your bank statements. Luckily my bank is constantly monitoring fraudulent activities. Overall I never received additional products other than the trial and now they want to double charge me again.Initial Complaint

I just got a phone call from collection agency telling me that I owe money to this company for a product that I ordered! Not only I dont use no CBD or marijuana product but I never order such a thing. I do not understand how they got my information to make me look like I owe them money. We apologize for the delay in response.
Upon researching this complaint this was not our customer and the collection attempt was for another business that was erroneously sent by our collection agency provider under our name. This was due to an error mislabeling of a file and this complaint and some others which have recently been filed against us are not from us and not related to us.
We would like to assure that this person has zero debt with us nor has any business relationship with us and we apologize for any inconvenience.
We would like to comment that we will have a a senior agent reach out to the person to explain that this was an error and to assure again they have zero debt with us and absolutely no negative impact was made to their credit by us.
