Bought a car from them in Dec. At the sale, 2 very small dent/paint problems on bumper. They said, no problem, they would repaint that bumper. It would take 2-3 days. I made an appt. When I dropped it off, they said it should not be longer than 3 days. It actually is taking a week and they still won't say exactly when it will be ready. The only good thing is that they gave me a loner, although that car is crappy and stinky.

Can I leave a negative star review? I had a recall item to have done to my 2013 Kia ******** When I made the appointment, I asked if they had loaner cars. I was told that I could go to the enterprise right beside the dealer and get a rental and the dealership would reimburse me $35. When I checked in (on a Saturday) my service *** told me that that was only for warranty items and that I could contact *** customer service. Sounds like false advertising to me, doesnt it? Anyway, when I got the service list for my car, I declined the three items that were listed. One was your standard flush the coolant system, and it said that my fluid level was low. When I picked up my car and pulled out of the dealership, luckily within a short distance, I turned my wipers on. Much to my surprise, one of my wiper blades was missing. Turned around and went back. After waiting a little while, I was told that their car wash sometimes pulls off the blades. If they know that, why didnt they check? I could have drove the 40 minutes back home and found out, perhaps in a rainstorm, that my wiper blade was missing! About 20 minutes into my drive home, my temperature gauge started rising and my AC was blowing warm when I would come to a stop. I thought that was kind of odd given the fact that I was just told that my coolant system could use a flush! I waited until the next morning to open my hood and I saw that not only did I have no fluid in my overflow reservoir, but I had no coolant in my radiator either. I just had an oil change in mid-July and all my fluid levels were fine at that time. In addition, I have no leaks from my vehicle whatsoever. I called the dealership on Monday. All I got was a lot of excuses and backpedaling. The customer service manager was to call me and I never received a call. Ill be in the market for a car in a year or 2. If their customer **************** techs are that unconcerned why would anyone buy a vehicle from them? I certainly wouldnt!

***** ***** was awesome to work with. He was really knowledgable about the Ev Niro that my son purchased and didnt resort to any pushy sales tactics. The entire process was really enjoyable so thanks courtesy *** and ***** *****.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I tried buying a car here, but their inflated prices were ridiculous, and they get hostile if you call them out on it. Instead, I bought my car at Crown *** for the price I wanted, without any hassle. Unfortunately Courtesy *** is much closer to my house, so I brought it there for an issue I was having that would be covered by the warranty. Instead, they refused to look at the issue itself, and rather made up a million other things that were wrong with my car, and said I had to fix those things before they would look at anything else. So, I was forced to pay a diagnostic fee, and didn't get a diagnosis because they are so sleazy. They are saying my car needs things that I just had done or evaluated by other mechanics, and things that *** says don't need to be done for ******* miles (a coolant flush, which Courtesy *** says you have to do every 30K). They called themselves "experts" but they also said my brake pads are "after market"...weird, since they come on the car straight from the factory. They should recognize their own parts.

I dont even want to leave one star. Every section in this dealership ***** from sales to technicians . I bought 2021 ************* almost a month ago and I hav wonky had this vehicle in my possession for three days if that gives you any clue on how this purchase is going. The night I bought it check engine light came on and the dark was saying check forward crash assistance and went on limp mode on us twice that night. Took it back the next day then a week or two they said it was ready got in the car and there it was again. They said hey if it comes on again bring it back. I live an hour away with two young kids in the back , thank goodness it came back on after leaving the lot , finally gave us a loaner car. During this whole experience there was little to none communication or even empathy for us. My husband got annoyed and finally called the guy Feb 16th and asked whats going on and he basically said they test drive it and nothing is coming on and they tightened up some harnesses. So he said we can pick it up the next day and we did and same exact thing happened once we crossed ***** bridge. We called him and he said if it does it again let him know and bring it in on Monday. It happened 6 times that night . We came on Monday ready to talk to the general manager thinking he would help us. We asked if we can exchange the car for the same value or return it. He said if we return it we lose a bunch of money and when we asked for exchanges he said we give us aggressive offers but did not at all. One car was listed for $36,000 and he came back with a $39,000 offer , how is that aggressive ? I even asked and he said respectfully that is a great deal make it make sense. They did not want to help us at all. What a sucky business who wants to take advantage of young military families . Do not buy from there it will save you the emotional distress and time.

I worked with **** and ***** in which I gained a great deal on the vehicle of my selection. On Monday 12/11, I made it very well known to them and even their sales managers that I would be commuting 3-4 hours with a check in hand to complete the purchase. When viewing the auto online I noticed body damage (small dents & scratches) to the car and they obliged to fix the issues.. I also told them I had this issue at another dealer and left with my check in hand and will do the same if the car is not right. Multiple text and conversation were had to the point that **** called me on 12/14 around 12pm to say my car is ready for pick up and everything was fixed, she even texted during my commute to estimate my arrival and stated the car was going back to be detailed for a second time on this same day. I then arrived to the dealership, I met with **** around 445, by 5:05 I was leaving out of the dealership. The car was not detailed at all.. it had food stains, scratches on the body still, and while test driving lights in the dash came on with issues. When asked if the car was looked at prior to my arrival and why the light is on, **** stated that: things happen and shes not a mechanic. From that point I retuned to the dealership to leave. She asked if I would like to speak with a manager and I stated to her no, its no point. I came to complete my purchase and leave, these things shouldve been completed prior to my arrival. So, she still went and got a manager after asking if were just going to walk away?? Duhhh.. so the manager came outside upset and mad that I didnt want to entertain his conversation stating that issues can still be fixed and its a used car as an excuse.. at the end of the day, its used to them and to ME its a NEW car and if you say youre going to do something thats what you should do. As well, he called me rude for speaking to **** like the mute she is.. she began to ACT as if she didnt see anything I pointed out to her while in the car.

Brought our 2016 Optima SXL in 3 weeks ago due to lane assist system warning lights. The front camera had been disconnected at one point, after reconnecting the warnings went off. A general internet search revealed the system needed to be recalibrated, Brandon *** informed ** there were two recall issues that needed to be fixed. They did. But then handed car back to us with system warning lights still on. My wife spent pretty much all day at the dealership and the issue we brought car in for was never even addressed.Spoke to them the next day asking why they didn't diagnose or fix the issue with the radar...."Sorry" was pretty much the response. Brought the car back in a week later and they told us the whole radar system needed replacing for $3000. I asked if they the part was actually bad or if just needed recalibration. They had their mechanic check, the part was fine, it just needed calibration for $500. So without me asking a basic question for something they should have checked in the fist place, they just wanted to charge me $3000 tor replace the existing working unit.Three weeks later, another (related) sensor goes off. We bring the car in and this time another sensor system "needs to be replaced" for $2000....along with $1750 worth of "needed" fixes. $340: bad oil pressure switch - its a $10 part! $750: valve cover GASKET replacement - a $56 part. $350: spark plug replacement; *** $100 part. Odd...three weeks ago NONE of these issues came ** in the TWO times we had the car there. I am not a mechanic, but I can do ALL three of those tasks in about two to three hours and with less than $200 in parts - but they wanted $1750. Recall, they wanted $3000 to replace a sensor that wasn't broken...and now another $2000 for a different sensor. In total, $6000 for items that should cost $1000. Is the 2nd sensor really bad....we don't know...BECAUSE...WE DON'T TRUST anything that comes out of these thieves mouths. STAY AWAY!!!

I really have no desire to leave any star rating because they deserve none this place has been a joke from the get-go purchase a vehicle within 6 months started having issues multiple issues was told to be hip-hop was perfectly safe for me to drive with my two small children ended up blowing the engine sitting on the side of the Highway 301 during rush hour traffic with two small children waiting for a tow truck they have had my car now since the end of April not done a thing to it not only did we purchase because they bragged about the completely refurbished vehicle but we also purchase we do Platinum warranty they are telling me nothing is covered and want me to pay $6,000 and something dollars to fix the blown engine that they told me was safe to drive I'd be really nice if somebody would at least answer this and give a call back I do not recommend this company to anyone

I brought my car in for service on Saturday, next day my car wouldnt start!!! *** has been harassing me to buy my 2020 sportage despite the fact that *** told them its paid off. I finally agreed to listen to a sales pitch hoping that would be the end. They presented their offered, I declined. They serviced my vehicle and I went about my way. At checkout I was advised they did an inspection, even checked my hitch, and everything looked good. My best friends husband is head mechanic at another dealership and came to help when I was stuck in the blistering heat! He tried to get the car to start for 30 mins several different ways and said it was my starter! I had to get my car towed, $$, to the closed dealership for them to see it first thing Monday! My husband and I had to call out of work to handle everything! *** told me it was my battery and that they wouldnt be reimbursing my tow! Its very interesting how I had no problems with my battery prior, they inspected my vehicle and everything looked good, I declined their offer and then bam broken car!!!! I will never do business with Courtesy *** ever again!

Attempted to purchase vehicle and they sold it from under me stating they were physically at the store even though they had been dealing with me via phone for 2 days! Apparently the online purchase option they advertise doesnt matter!! Steer clear of this dealership they do dirty deals!!!

We do offer 100% online car buying with our Clicklane platform, this will reserve the vehicle.  We are unable to reserve a vehcile based on an inquiry.  I would be happy to discuss this matter with you any time, please feel free to reach out to me.  My contact information is attached.    Best wishes,

Brian, the click lane purchase appraisal is off by 2k…I would have went that route but knew I could have gotten more for my vehicle, and indeed I would have gotten 2k more by dealership appraisal. It’s all a game, I have traded enough cars to know how this works. So if you really wanted to be fair then make the online appraisal the same as the dealership but I know that numbers can ALWAYS be moved to make deals work, js!
