              The company increased the amount billed by almost 50% even when the consumption of the base product (gas) decreased in the same period. The company argues that they have received approval by the Florida energy commission. However, the unit cost that they are charging is higher than the published rates by their own website. When you talk to representatives they cannot explain the differences nor do they understand their own pricing. On top of that they argue that all the increases were approved even when they do not correspond either to their request to their commission, or the approval published on their website.

              Who do I complain to about a horrific detrimental hardship on my family with this company Tico committing fraud and scam scamming me and taking money for me and destroying my life and my family.
