      My problems started with this company in May. They claim they did not receive my check although I mailed it two weeks before the due date stop payment on the check in low and behold the next day the check arrived and of course they couldn’t cash it so they added a $10 late fee. I did call the same day and pay by phone since then there has been a $10 fee tacked onto my bill every month for the last three months called the so-called customer service and they talk circles saying that that fee isn’t due, but yet it says on the statement my payment went up $10. Who do I turn to? Where do I go? These people don’t listen. My next step is consumer protection agency, and the Attorney General‘s office to file a complaint

      Fay Servicing are terrible. Their call center is staffed by people who don’t know what they are doing. My home insurance was cancelled despite me making payments to Fay. When I contacted them they didn’t know what to say. Nor did they provide an solutions. I am now trying to sell my house and despite numerous assurances they have not provided a closing statement and my closing is now in limbo. Numerous calls to their call center do not get any results. Do not use this company.

On July 2nd, we tried to contact your insurance carrier to verify coverage; we were unsuccessful and have yet to be contacted by them as asked. Additionally, funds were received for payoff processing on July 18, 2025.       They are incompetent and unqualified workers. They cannot apply loan payments properly and don't know how to correct their errors. Good luck with getting anyone on the phone who is knowledgeable and able to assist you. They are arrogant and rude and incapable of providing good service. They should be investigated and shut down. They are a nightmare.

      This company is flat out terrible. I don't know how else to say it. I've been trying to close a real estate deal (I'm the seller) for two weeks and I can't get a simple payoff from this company. It's NEVER in all my years of real estate taken longer than 5 days MAX to get a payoff and most of the time it's 24 to 72hrs. Not with this company. I call them every day and they just tell me to be patient they are working on it. If it was possible to give this company 0 out of 5 stars I would but that doesn't seem to be an option on this platform. If you have any option at all I would adamantly encourage you to stay as far away from this company as you can.

      I've contacted you buy phone and email every single day for two weeks. Your customer support is terrible. Basically people who are paid that have no authority to do anything. Again... the fact that your suggesting I contact you by email when I've been doing that daily as well as phone calls just highlights the incompetence of your company. If you all worked for me you'd ALL be fired.

      rude customer service representatives. shady fees tacked on to your mortgage account that you will only find out about once you are about to sell your home . the investors are not willing to budge on anything. plain and simple...they are greedy and predatory! i pray that i never have a loan that is serviced by them again!

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! My loan was transferred and I can not get into my online account to make the payment and I can not reach anyone by phone!!

      This is by far the worst mortgage company ever. Our mortgage got sold to this company and the keep messing with our escrow. No communication with in their company and no communication with their customers. I closed my escrow account and they still paid my house insurance. Most screwed up mortgage company ever.

      My account was sold to Fay Serving LLC. I’ve read all the reviews because I am currently having a bad experience in terms of every bad example mentioned by customers who entered a review. I would be more than willing to partake in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT here in *****. I would like to sue them for forgery, fraud, theft and overall total incompetence and mismanagement of mortgage account. I have reason to believe that they receive kickbacks from these greedy real estate investors which is why they attempt to smoke people out of their homes. I also read the investigation / lawsuit against them from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFBC). It just validated my suspicion and speculation even before I checked their BBB reviews. So, apparently they are continuing to get away with it and it is sad and unfortunate. They will eventually be brought to justice and punished for their crimes. Fay Servicing LLC is not reputable and DO NOT deserve to be operating as a mortgage servicing company. I agree that 1 star is more than they should have. Too bad rotten tomatoes isn’t the option.

      Fay Servicing continues to delay depositing my payment on time. Sent the 3rd or 4th of each month, they claim to not receive it until I circle back later in the month. Once the call is finally accepted; they then cash the check, thus charging me late fees. Seems like I have busted their gaming of fees, etc. Then when you call, watch out! They will hang up the phone...Such a joke! Further investigation will be brought upon them very shortly.

      Fay Servicing is the most unfortunate loan servicing company you could possibly be made to deal with. I hate that my loan was given to Fay Servicing for mortgage servicing. **************** is there to strictly and only answer the phone but they have zero knowledge or training on what to do. After you long hold time, a customer service representative will answer with an exhausted attitude that they don't know anything and cannot help you. ******** company, **********.
