    Very disappointed. We did order one shipment, but they had to send in two, and then billed twice. Price was not even what was quoted. Then another box of lights arrived that we did not order. We will billed for them and talking to them is worthless. The lady kept saying my person ordered them with her person and that is not the case. We needed the bulbs temporarily while we were waiting on our LED from our power company. We would have NO need for more bulbs. Now I am stuck with another invoice going to collections for something I didn't order, but unfortunately cannot prove. Shady.

    Received an invoice from these people for items never ordered, let alone received. Called them at 10:35AM CST. They were closed.

    Called the company that I work for, and they couldn't even give me a name; the creepy guy on the other end just kept asking for whoever was in charge of our building maintenance. The caller ID came up as Comm Light Co with a phone number that is coming from another state. Dude was creepy and wouldn't even give me a number for my boss to call back, just kept saying he would be out in the warehouse and didn't have a phone.

    I have reached out to their customer service department to cancel an order that was forced upon me by a fast talking salesmen. I didn't even catch his name. I won't be paying for anything sent to me. I wanted to cancel the so called "order" before it was even processed. I also wish to be removed from your contact list. I did research after the phone call and noticed we have NEVER done business with you. I do not know how you got my name either.

    This company is a scam!! They shipped bulbs to us under our business and our custodian's name. He did not order them and we had no idea who else could have. We then later received an invoice for $580.49 in the mail. When I called to get information, the representative claimed that our custodian had called them and verbally ordered them saying he was authorized to do so and would send the purchase order later. I stated that was impossible because he has never ordered items himself without coming through me. When asked for a copy of the recorded phone call, the representative stated she could not due to confidentiality. I notified her that we were not paying the invoice without proof of who placed the order and also that I was the only person who gives purchase orders/orders supplies for our custodian. I also notified her that our light fixtures were all replaced with non bulb fixtures in August and it would be insane to order bulbs that are not needed. She stated she would email me proof but instead emailed me a ***** return label. Do not pay these invoices!!!

    If I could give 0 stars, I would . Terrible sales practices, even worse communication. The sales person R. ****, fast talked me into accepting "free" bulbs only to have an invoice sent for over $1,000! Terrible business practices and even worse customer service. Stay Away!!

    This company fast talks via phone call in an effort to scam employees into placing an order for exorbidantly priced bulbs. Hang up on them immediately! At best, their business practices closely border fraud.

    **SCAM! Answered the phone, the sales person asked if I was responsible for the lighting purchases for one of our tenants. I unfortunately said yes. She then went on a pitch about a free tote. Nothing about buying bulbs or having to make a purchase. Since then bulbs were delivered & an invoice was sent. I tried calling, left 2 messages about wanting to return the bulbs that were not ordered. Left my phone number & email. Nothing. Tried to email them at the email on their website. Does not work. Tried to send them back through FedEx put they can't take them unless there is a new shipping label. If I could leave negative stars I would.

    This company is a fraudulent company! And the most difficult company to deal with. A sales representative spoke with a random person on the phone who is NOT employed by our company. Then bills us for items someone who has no authority or rights within our company ordered. Been dealing with the dispute of this for 6 months, always ending thinking it is resolved as the person on the invoice is NOT EVEN OR HAS EVEN BEEN EMPLOYED BY US, only to receive another past due invoice. With them saying "well he said he was authorized". Like okay so anyone off the street can apparently order supplies from this company under any other companies name and it will be them. VERY VERY FRUSRATING and DISHONEST COMPANY!!!
